Sameer and Ismail do a good job explaining the concepts that many of us have thought about, but really never stopped to analyze and reinforce. TaxPointUseful & Inspiring! This podcast really had an abundance of knowledge that I was able to apply to every aspect of my life! Not only should the noted points be utilized in the workplace by leaders, but by everyone who associates with anyone (co-workers, relatives and family members). Relationships are everything, and being able to maintain them is the key to happiness. I truly believe our world could be a better place if more of us practiced the advice given by Sameer & Ismail. Thank you guys for helping make the world a better place!

Mohd27273)3382Excellent Podcast on an Important SubjectReally interesting and well done podcast. You hear the term EI tossed around often, but it can be an opaque concept or misunderstood. I really appreciate the time Sameer and Ismail take to unpack the concepts behind EI. The practical examples are especially helpful.
