Great pod as always! I also get frustrated with Vol message boards and Twitter freaking out every time a backup anything enters the portal. The sky isn’t falling. I wish every Tennessee fan could hear your rationale and mature explanation of the “facts” of the NIL/portal era, and its impact on depth. I’ve been fighting the good fight on Volquest boards and elsewhere trying to say essentially what you guys are saying…players are simply not gonna wait around till they are juniors or seniors to start (with rare exceptions). They are gonna go where they can play and get some more money. We might not like it, but we have to deal with it. Go Vols! 🍊
