Loving Adam and his awesome knowledge
I found Dr Adam’s podcast just searching for something to listen to on my 30 minute drive to teach Pilates classes. His podcasts have given me so much great info that I have already applied and I am on episode 4. I got a Membership to his Evidence Based Pilates Website too. Great stuff Adam! 😊

    Adam: Inspiration
This podcast offers a pragmatic and realistic perspective on the pedagogy and biomechanics of movement while acknowledging that how the listener may have developed as a Pilates teacher might place them at odds with what the evidence actually says about what is safe and effective in exercise settings. Adam clearly centers kindness and honesty in his work. Thanks for offering this resource!

    Mind opening, very educational!
Hi! I have been teaching over a year and it’s fascinating to me all the information and mind opening data here. I am so grateful for all the new tips, education and all that I am learning with a twist of humor. Thank you so much for all you do, also for not having ads, it really makes this more engaging, free or clutter and allows us to focus on what is been said. You rock! Mil gracias. Love, Yury Romero from Pilates Hive, Naples, Florida! ☀️🌴🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝

    My FAVORITE Pilates Pod!
The quality of this pod is unmatched. Adam’s interviews and solo episodes flow so well, keep up a brusque pace so there’s no time wasted, and are packed with valuable info and insight. Most of all, I appreciate that Adam is not dogmatic, and his guest interviews reflect that. AND- no ads!

    Love these Podcasts
These are some of the best podcasts for Pilates teachers. Everything is backed up by science and Dr Adam will share that information with you. Adam delivers the podcasts with his enthusiasm and humour. I always learn something new or am reminded of something I had forgotten when I listen. The VIP membership is really up to date. I originally trained in Pilates in 2007, so it’s good to be adding more to my classes to get my clients stronger. Every studio should have kettlebells!

    Such an incredible resource
This podcast really changed my teaching. Adam is funny, easy to listen to, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Finding this podcast led me to find the VIP membership which has been the most helpful tool to add to my teaching. I feel so thankful that someone is providing such a high quality educational resource for FREE. Among a sea of mediocre, run of the mill Pilates podcasts, this one is a true stand out. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Enjoying the clarity and the content
I recently started listening to Adam’s podcast and have gained knowledge that has aided my teaching (and practice) alone with freedom to embrace the new avenues of what Pilates is and how to combine strength, cardio, loading, repetition and even yoga to keep our classes moving and growing. Thank you and extra claps for the interview with Dianne Bondy!

    Great podcast!
I love you’re talking about all the things! So many great discussions and points. I wish this was around years ago when I was first becoming an instructor.

Seriously: this is the only pilates teaching podcast you need to listen to. For real.
I have 20 years experience of teaching movement; Adam’s voice is one I wished I would have heard so many years ago. But I’m glad you’re here, Adam! And I’m so glad to support you. Adam absolutely brings the pilates community *exactly* what we have been missing for forever: an evidence-based approach that translates into us becoming the best teachers possible. This means our clients will benefit from our efforts. Isn’t this why we became teachers, y’all? Adam shows us the path. Plus is so charming and lovely conversation to boot. Adam, we are parasocial besties, you just don’t know it yet (seriously, drinks on me when you’re in SLC). I have binged so many episodes, and every.single.time I have paused to write down the nuggets of wisdom he shares. Adam is by far my favorite continuing education provider. PLEASE, pilates teachers: do yourselves a giant favor and listen to all the episodes (I particularly loved the one on pain and pain science, it’s a MUST LISTEN!). I have told many colleagues, save your time because Adam is *the* person to listen to. Ditch the dogma of your training and tap into what the movement science is telling us. Spoiler alert: just listen to this podcast, it’s easy peasy and Adam has done the effort of distilling the science for us. Adam, I wish for you all the success in the world that you deserve. Your voice is ***sooooo** desperately needed in our community. Thank you for sharing this podcast. I am forever a loyal follower.

Great info for Pilates teachers interested in growing and learning
My pilates teacher training was great but only scratched the surface on topics involving special populations, injuries, anatomy, etc. Adam does a great job breaking down science and applying it to the world of Pilates and overall exercise. He’s also honest about the Pilates industry … and funny! I highly recommend this podcast and have shared it with many of my Pilates colleagues.

    This podcast is a blessing!
Thank you Adam for this resource! As a new Pilates instructor it is difficult to navigate, especially if you aren’t willing to throw hundreds of dollars at workshops and programs. I learn so much from this podcast, really important fundamental concepts. I trust and look up to Adam and his approach to teaching. I words can’t describe how appreciative I am. Thank you Adam, thank you!

    A must-listen!
Whether you are a Pilates teacher, teacher-in-trainer, or just a total Pilates nerd, this is the podcast for you! Adam is bringing such a fresh take to Pilates. I love that he looks at Pilates from a science-based perspective. I’m learning and growing so much as a Pilates professional from him. Thank you, Adam! I can’t wait for the next episode!

Thank you for the encouraging podcast
Thank you, Adam! Your podcast has truly encouraged me as a new Pilates instructor. I’m nearly 9 months into teaching at I am so incredibly unsure of myself still for many reasons. The biggest is that I’m trying to find my own voice and fun style. Your episode “You’re teaching Pilates right” has really encouraged me to believe more in myself. Again, THANK YOU!

    So helpful!!
I’m a registered nurse and Pilates instructor in training, and I’m so glad I found this podcast when I did! Evidence based practice is so important and I’m glad Adam emphasizes this! This podcast gives lots of valuable information for newbies like me as well as seasoned pilates instructors.

    Helpful for instructor training
As a nurse, evidence based discussion is so important to me. Even though I’m training with a program that is more inclusive, I appreciate hearing a direct evidence based approach on Pilates. This is helping me frame my approach as a future teacher so well! Thank you

    So good!!
This is my new favorite podcast! He does a great job at breaking down the science and research of some complex topics, and presenting them in an easy to understand way. I have a degree in exercise science and have been a pilates instructor for 7 years now and it’s so nice to have his podcast as a review of some of my studies, but also to keep me up to date on new research. 10/10 recommend!

    Awesome listen
I am a pilates enthusiast and partway through instructor training. I started training mostly to become a better student, not really to teach. This podcast is encouraging me to continue my training. I suddenly feel like I could actually help someone besides myself. I have listened to three episodes so far and have come away from each inspired. Thanks for your time.

    Great podcast
Great podcast for Pilates instructors. Adam is a wonderful pilates instructor and educator and his podcast is an excellent way for instructors to continue learning and becoming better at their work.

    Great information!
Really appreciate Adam’s non-judgmental approach (basally saying if you learn more you will do better…not that what you have learned/taught is “wrong”), and sharing evidenced-based knowledge of pilates. The podcast is concise and fairly brief. I highly recommend it!

    Must Listen!
So excited for this podcast! Adam is clear, straight forward and fun to listen to. I love the way he invites the conversation - not pitting training styles against another, but bringing evidence into the conversation to challenge and motivate the way we teach movement. We all have something to learn here! I look forward to more awesome discussions!
