    Invaluable Advice for All
This is a podcast that you will find incredibly useful whether you are currently parenting or not. My children have already moved out and on, and I still continue to learn from Leslie’s sound strategies as I seek to always be a loving constant in their adult lives. The podcast provides the tools to better navigate all the relationships in your life.

    Magic in realness
I don’t have kids yet but I hope to become a parent soon and I absolutely love this podcast. Despite not having kids it’s allowed me to do a lot of my own re-parenting in ways that surprised me. I was particularly taken by one of Salimah’s session where Leslie used the wrong fictional name for her daughter and Salimah corrected her. At first it sounded like a mistake in the editing but quickly turned into a beautiful and clearly intentional moment. To get to listen to a seemingly “awkward” interaction evolve into deeply vulnerable therapeutic guiding was exquisite. Grateful for this podcast!

    Excellent!
I so appreciate this podcast both as a parent of little ones and a clinician! Such an interesting and informative podcast, episode after episode! Leslie does an excellent job providing valuable information and insights to help parents better understand various parenting challenges. Her style is clear and straightforward, and she is so skilled at sharing her conceptualization in a way that is both validating and linked to concrete strategies to create change!

    Unique perspective
Thank you for this podcast. It has been helpful to me both as a therapist and as a parent. I appreciate the actual sessions as well as the drop-in episodes with Dale. Thank you to all the parents who have shared their families with us to help us all.

Spot On with Validating Parents and Providing Tools
With each new episode this podcast tackles both the need for parents to meet their child where they are at, and supporting parents to stop wasting time taking their kids’ behavior personally, so they can use the tools provided to help their family as a whole.

I never realized how much I could learn from being a fly on the wall in someone else’s therapy session. I will be listening to every single episode!

    Excellent resource
To be able to access Leslie’s parenting advice and therapeutic interventions whenever I’m able is a blessing! This podcast provides actionable strategies that we can implement immediately and although we’ve taken her course twice and worked together therapeutically, I never tire of hearing her explain things in such a simple way that makes sense. Every parent should listen to this, and especially those with children with ADHD and/or anxiety.

    Compassionate but Practical and Instructive
Listening in on Leslie’s sessions helps parents empower their children to both deal with their feelings AND do hard things - not either or. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from her in this podcast.

valuable lessons for parent and child.
That was in incredible! I am definitely able to see myself and apply lessons from this couple’s session to my life. The first episode lesson about learning to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations is so valuable to me as a parent of a highly sensitive (school avoidant) child and as a highly sensitive person myself. Thank you Leslie! I find myself eagerly awaiting the next episode for more advice!

Leslie’s energy has me SO excited for these upcoming conversations. What a privilege to be able to listen in to vulnerable chats about family. This show, I think, has the potential to be actually healing for parents AND children ❤️

    Can’t wait!!
I love fly-on-the-wall podcasts so I am excited to add this to my queue when it comes out. Also great trailer, glad you answered, “Your child is not a monster” in it. I was kinda scared when I saw the title haha.
