    Great, knowledgeable easy to digest podcast on health, wellness and fitness
    I found Dr. Munoz on Jillian’s Keeping It Real Podcast…which if you haven’t checked her’s out…you should if this is your topic of interest. I originally listened to Joey debunk some common myths that are out there on other platforms and provides an evidence based rational as to the ‘why’ behind it. Since then, I started listening to his podcast! it’s been very educational! Joey is clearly an expert on topics surrounding health, wellness, nutrition, and training. He provides evidence-based recommendations and always leaves it to you to do with the information as you please. I actually found Cody McBroom on his podcast who also was incredibly knowledgeable. bottom line, if you’re looking for a podcast that offers tips, education and in an easy-to-digest manner, the Dr. Joey Munoz podcast is for you! I definitely am a life follower of the podcast now :)

    He’s an icon, a legend💃🏼I’m a nutrition science student and I listen to this (and Dr. Adrian Chavez) on my morning walks. It’s a really positive way to start my day. He does a FANTASTIC job of providing unbiased and easy to apply nutrition/exercise practices. It’s simple yet informative and I always learn new tidbits of things. Can’t recommend it enough!

    I have been listening for a while to this and many other health related podcasts, so I am generally familiar with the terminology that is used. I have to say though that this latest episode, “Dietary Changes to Extend Longevity” from Dr Munoz is the most clear explanation of the basics that I have ever heard! It was really helpful to hear him explain and clarify the whys and hows of basic functions and their effects on the body. Thank you, and keep up the great work Doc!

    Welp I’m obsessed. I started listening from EC Sinkowski’s pod and have binged listened to 30 of his now!! The information is sound and easy to digest. Also a bonus, Joey’s voice in s really soothing to me. I know, weird but I can be turned off of a good podcast if I can’t listen to the person. 🤣

    However when a guest is being interviewed I feel that that person should have time to speak and share their experiences and knowledge. It seems that the host talks more about himself and his knowledge and experiences and allows less time for the guest.

    Some of the episodes literally made me think “wow… i feel like I should be paying for this.” The episodes are very straightforward and evidence based teaching especially when Dr Joey does episodes by himself.     I am obsessed with nutrition, health and longevity. I’m constantly searching for books and podcasts to learn as many varied philosophies on the subject as I can. Of the countless books and podcasts I’ve consumed Dr Munoz is by far my favorite expert in this field. He breaks down and carefully guides you through easy to follow steps to greatly improve your health. His style is informative and low pressure. I love that the content is free and never pushing a product. I believe the term “life changing” is completely overused. However, his work has been life changing for me. If you are willing to put in the work then I promise you this podcast is for you.

    I love love the episode about weightlifting!! I started weight lifting about 5 years ago with the help of a personal trainer. I was the kind of person who only did cardio: running, cycling, walking…I though weights were for big guys! And I’m so happy I have champ mind cause now I really really enjoy my weight training twice a week!! Gracias Joey!!
