NoguiltmomI learn so much from Dayna!Every episode is packed with so many great tidbits and strategies I can use with kids. Absolutely loved the episode with Natasha Daniels on how to recognize OCD in kids.

MajazbeeLove it!Every episode leaves me with thoughts to process in my own time. Why do we never let our phones go without recharging and yet we give that to ourselves? Genius.

Parenting GrooveParenting that creates a loving familyI’ve been a fan for years, and I’m so glad that this podcast delivers more of the support, techniques, and empathy that I’ve gotten from her blog over the years. Even the podcast is calm – not overproduced or full of quick cuts. Dayna‘s the master of coaching parents on how to build a family – a real family that is based in love, acceptance, and respect.

Tina-Louise WallaceDayna & team is amazing!!!Honestly I have thought before how amazing it would be if Dayna had a podcast…. And now here it is!!! If you are anything like me - (well actually I follow a ton of amazing positive/peaceful/connection parenting podcasts but I am always looking to learn more and that is what Dayna can always help with. She understands where others have been in their parenting journey, she doesn’t judge, or shame…. She just is so helpful and honestly a genius.. when it comes to parenting. I have her book, I’ve taken her course/program and I have listened to her speak at countless parenting conferences. Every time I listen to her I learn something new. One thing we’ll two big things that always stuck with me because they were so helpful was 1 - when I learned about an anchor. I share this with everyone now, but I keep cute baby pictures of my kids everywhere I go to help anchor me and 2 - thought monsters!!!! I swear when I first heard her explain these it was like she had seen the thoughts that go through my head…. But then the graphics. Honestly they were hilarious. I love all her drawings actually at every different workshop she does or whatever she always does visual notes too and they are so helpful. One last thing - well two. I know I tend to share a lot especially when I have strong feelings about something and I did say I follow a lot of great podcasts, but I rarely leave reviews. I know I really should, I mean to, but then I forget. But I had to leave one for this one. The other thing is Dayna as a person and her team. They are all (the ones I have ever interacted with) super helpful, super nice, and just genuine. They really care about you and your family and helping you. 💜 you all!!

On Bright StreetFriends, humans, countrymen! This is gonna be good!I am beyond thrilled that two of my favorite mentors on planet Earth have entered the world of podcasting. You may not yet know the goodness that’s in store for you as a listener, but I do. I owe Dayna and Jason “LemonPickle” Abraham a tremendous debt of gratitude for teaching me to parent calmly and collaboratively, to build my family team and our family’s dreams in a way that honors and supports needs of each member, and to create safety and joy and fun in the doing. I’ve seen so many friends’ lives change, as mine has, as a result of putting the Calm the Chaos framework into practice in their homes. It’s a game-changer, a mind-changer, and a life-changer. Listen! Enjoy! Practice what you learn! Help yourself to Calm the Chaos education. You won’t regret it.

Juliet2912AMAZINGDayna’s wisdom and framework has revolutionized our family dynamic. Despite the ups and downs of life, she’s helped us learn how to navigate without high levels of chaos anymore. Meltdowns that were lasting hours, now are resolved in minutes, if they even happen at all. We’ve become a family of solution finders. Thank you so much!!!
