Fjm131Welcome in, Darlins!You may have seen a multitude of reviews saying Amy doesn’t watch the shows she discusses, but that isn’t true. She does watch the shows- while cooking dinner, helping Maddie with her homework, arguing with Brett, and playing solitaire on her phone. As a result she gets the facts slightly off, such as: she thought Monica from RHOSLC was Dita Von Teese, Josh Altman from MDL sells real estate to birds, and Alexis Bellino is a tv star. So what? She and her cohosts are sooo funny and entertaining, I listen to every episode whether I watch the show she is reviewing or not. In fact, most of the shows I do watch is because of her hilarious impersonations. If you want to laugh out loud, as I do, I highly recommend Drama Darling.

Bravox10Love this show!!The amount of hilarious and thoughtful content Drama Darling puts out is amazing. I’ve been a huge fan of Amy’s since she was at Sirius. The new format is somehow better.! I love Emily she cracks me up and has great takes on everything. Deanna is so funny and made me tear up at Golden BacheT. I signed up for the patreon in the last couple of months and don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner!

Ginger666ADDSLove Amy, but I can’t anymore, the ads are so loud and they pop up in the middle of a sentence. There are so many of them the show runs 20 minutes out of an hour. I know they have to have adds, but this is ridiculous.

They will start literally in the middle of someone’s sentence. I know it is how a podcast makes money but can’t they work on the placement of them?!?

BabyGorgeous78Serious Ad problemI’ve been a listener since day one. I understand podcasts have to have ads but the ones Amy is placing in her pod completely ruin the listening experience. I actually timed it and rarely does the pod go 5 minutes without an ad. The ads also don’t have transitions so it’s Amy and Jaime joking straight into some loud ad. I may return if the ads are more reasonable and don’t impede and destroy the listening experience. Please try to do better.

laurelei91101The ad placement- ughI enjoy Amy and her guest hosts, but whatever happened recently with the ads constantly interrupting the conversation makes this very difficult to listen to, and it’s no longer in my regular rotation. I hope they fix this soon because I otherwise always enjoyed it.

biniandlollyShannon Beador accidentLoved this podcast. I’m guessing both John and Shannon were drunk the night of the accident and had one of their famous fights before she hit the house. If John was drunk there could be a reason why he hid out. If he was drunk on on the street or off his property he could be arrested for public drunkenness. At least this was the law in another state I lived in.

It’s so annoying bc it gets to a point where I’m not even interested in all the points of view bc they’re not based on what actually happened in the show! It probably seems dramatic for me to be this annoyed but as a loyal bravo watcher, it is annoying!!!

Jono is a jerk princess and should have gotten his narcissistic butt up, however, Ellie should’ve awakened Aeisha. She’s taking too much on and needs direction. Sandy is just behaving true to form unfortunately. She doesn’t support interior and often goes off half cocked. Bri? She’s a production plant just like the Rose and lack of provisions storyline.

Sawyer ScottMore Amy More OftenBig Amy fan. Recommend sticking with one or two staple sidekicks ala your Sirius show. And no more than two. Your vibe with Emily is good. The others, particularly the woman from Detroit, are hard to listen to. It’s a lot of noise and not enough content about the Bravo shows you review. Also the ads that pop out are random and loud. Thankfully we can fast forward. But it makes little sense and is jarring. I know you’re finding a groove and learning how to monetize this. Hopefully you can get an editor to take some of the pressure off. Sending good vibes. Go Amy!

I love Amy's cohosts, especially Emily, but even if she recapped pop culture topics alone I'd still listen to her bc she's that funny. StrickMoTop notchFrom the realest on satellite radio to the realest podcast on Apple I LOVE me some Amy Phillips. She’s always a good time to listen to and the cohosts are hilarious as well. One thing idk if she means to, is line up the podcast ads with the show. Like someone will say on the show “and I just want to say this real quick” and then Apple will bust in with “if you’re looking for quick and easy meals check out Factor.” Slays me every time.
