christyadamsphdSo practical, can’t recommend enoughI thought I had systems that worked well, then I found The Bright Method… I’m so grateful specifically for this podcast because it allows me the opportunity to do deeper dives into specific applications of the method. Until I can afford the full program that Kelly offers, this feels like a way to dig deeper and customize how to apply this program to my life beyond the 5-day free introduction. I’ve recommended this to basically every working woman I know!

LMK9Life changingVery helpful! As a professor with two children I was feeling so overwhelmed. This system has helped immensely to feel calm and be able to do more while being less tired. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help keeping ok track. It’s taken some time to implement - definitely not an overnight fix! Using a google sheet linked to my calendar for my weekly planning session has been useful.

paigeamberbacaniLife is a Journey!!Kelly, I feel so honored to have had the opportunity to hear your entire, succinct, time management journey! I have a very similar story to you taking a nap and forgetting about your lunch date with the faculty member and it still gives me a pit in my stomach when I think about it! Thank you for your authenticity about where you came from, what you have walked through, your aha moments, and also encouragement that life is a journey and good things really do take time to form! La629Simple, practical, impactful adviceHave been binging this podcast ever since starting a new job and have listened to every episode. I love Kelly’s approach and overall attitude - she doesn’t pretend to have the answers for everyone, but her time management tips are basic, practical, easy to implement, and impactful. During a time when I should feel more stretched than ever, her time management advice has helped me feel more empowered and in control of my schedule than ever before (even with two toddlers and two full time working parents)! Highly recommend!!

DestroyerOfNarwhalsTruly life-changing approachI stumbled upon Kelly’s Instagram page and was immediately drawn into her advice. I completed her free Five Day Reset program and listened to all her podcasts - now I’m starting again from the beginning! I’ve always considered myself a Type A, productive, organized person and I always loved reading productivity advice. However since having kids and moving up in my career, my previous approach to “productivity” is no longer adequate. There’s simply too much to get done. Kelly’s approach meets me where I’m at and focuses on doing the right things instead of doing everything. Even the free version of her program has really changed my approach to work (and household responsibilities) and relieved a lot of stress for me. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly’s encouraging and practical approach. I am really grateful for the information she shares and the work she does.

KatherineC___Seriously life changingI completed The Bright Method program during a busy transition of life (a full time job, a part time job, writing my dissertation… having three kids). What I thought was a strategy to get through this crazy time has paid off over and over again as I’ve switched careers and climbed the corporate ladder. Her method only gets more effective over time, thanks to recurring calendar entries. It is incredible how her time management strategies have reduced my mental load. Her advice here is practical and realistic, and still applies as much after completing her program as it did before.

Start your day with the Word!So excited!I just listened to Episode 1 and already have 2 good strategies. 1 is indirect: don’t beat yourself up for not accomplishing more than your calendar can hold because your to-do list is unrealistic or you are taking care of your “invisible to-do list”. 2 is about streamlining into a visual calendar and getting the constant “noise” out of our head space & into that friendly, protected place. So far, so good! Looking forward to the episode on mail & email. Keep going, Coach - we need you! -busymom/Englishteacher
