Enjoiincubus009Good content, some holesI appreciate a lot of the content, but there are a lot of generalizations made with insubstantial evidence coupled with assertions about people that just can’t be made as blanket statements when the running community is so huge and varied. The banter - especially at the top - can be quite meandering. I don’t care about your trip to the country music hall of fame. There are other podcasts for that. 2/7/25 - For the love of god, Michael. It’s “asphalt” not “ash fault”. “Asterisk” not “axtericks”. You mispronounce way too many things.

JumpinJayoMore technical, than I amI love this podcast, love running. Clearly they are waaaay faster than i am, (adult onset runner 56), but i love listening to people that are good at things, want to improve and get technical. Also love that they are not specific to the shoe, but the sport. This is a more complete podcast with a focus on the sport and the overall wellness of the runner. You guys are great and it is great to see people doing a thing they love to do. We need more of this in the world, not running specifically.

donkeysuitThe only running podcast. How rare is it to find a three-mic podcast that isn’t bogged down by one of the hosts being dead weight at best or insufferable at worst? The playful but insightful dynamic between these three is something you simply can’t fake. Better yet, their core interests are quite diverse, broadening the scope of each discussion and shining a light on all aspects of the running experience. A podcast that’s as energizing as a long run on your best day.

Need my gold starsShould be a more well-known podcastInformed hosts with different distance interests, who manage to chat about running without making it all about themselves--even when talking about their own running. I have never heard of any of these hosts before, yet they offer a better show than many running "influencers" do.

Mary PagonesWow, just a perfect running podcast! Not sure why this doesn’t have more reviews, but it’s a fabulous blend of intelligent, running-focused banter and diverse yet expert analysis of the road and trail running scene. I especially loved their analysis of running influencers. I like when they admit they don’t do the “recommended” stuff on their own running, even while admitting it’s not recommended (I don’t fuel during my races either, Mike, and just eat to make up before and after).

cd6445Educating, Entertaining, and Real…The content presented here represents what a podcast should be IMO. I don’t feel like it has an ad generated marketing and selling agenda. It keeps me engaged with the conversation in a raw and natural way and I look forward to every new episode. There are many more things I could say but, like the podcast, I will keep it simple and on point! Highly Recommended!!!!!!!
