Companion Pass is certainly one to look forward to, I absolutely love hearing from “companions” from all different events. From hearing about the fun stuff to really hearing the struggles and different perspectives, I always seem to end each podcast refreshed and encouraged by all the stories shared. I loved this series as written blog posts, my goodness podcasts just really took it to the next level!!

It’s the only way I can do dishes cue up Companion Pass it makes the chore enjoyable. Lindsay is a great host. I love the question she usually asks how did you meet your husband or wife depending on the guest it’s always interesting!

Just an old fan of the carpenter pants wearing’, bootie shaker that has turned an obsessed follower of Lindsay’s fashionista sunshine. Love the podcasts and hearing how different reality is versus what I see on the television/social media. Rodeo life is not for the faint of heart and everyone featured on these episodes (minus Luke’s) are the gritty, shotgun riders (sometimes drivers, lol) often left in the shadows but making ALL the difference…. and who better to host? Seriously, love it!! Well done.

Lindsay does such a fantastic job hosting this podcast. When my dreams wear thin and the to-do list seems to have swallowed up what my heart longs for, listening to Companion Pass helps get me back on track and stirs up hope again. Hearing the stories from the guests as they share their own struggles and successes, their hearts, helps kindle the flames of my own goals (even if I am not aiming to be a rodeo star). People are so beautiful and resilient. Lindsay brings this out in each of her guests as she guides the conversation with sincere gratitude and love.

This is my absolute favorite podcast. I look forward to it every week. Not only is it entertaining, heartfelt, and funny, it is so relatable to anyone as a partner of a rodeo athlete. Hearing from these women and men who are so strong, makes me want to be a better supporter and partner for my own rodeo family. Lindsay is a wonderful host, and brings so much insight and knowledge to the beautiful conversations.

I find myself saying “this is my favorite episode” every single week. Each one captures the sweet rawness of reality. I have really enjoyed getting an insight to some pretty darn amazing people. My go to podcast and I am always a little disappointed when they end… keep up the great work 🫶🏻

All marriages have their rocky moments but for y’all to stick it out and just keep pushing towards the goal year after year and for you to continue to support him inspire of your feelings is such a testimony with a fairy tale retirement. I’ve enjoyed all the episodes I’ve listened to, but the episode with your husband has been my favorite so far. I loved the authentic, no fluff way you can talk and be honest about the full experience. As the wife of a retired Green Beret there were a lot of parallels and my favorite part was talking about the mundane everyday things we can do together now…those are my favorite.

I wish I could give this 100 stars! There isn’t a single episode I haven’t enjoyed. It’s so comforting hearing from other spouses that have gone through the exact same struggles that you have. I take something away from every episode! Can’t wait to see who you have on next!

This is truly the ONLY podcast that I actually keep up with. Each episode is truly inspiring and full of some many good tidbits that apply to so much more than rodeo but LIFE. As each new episode comes out I think, this is my new favorite! This podcast is an amazing view of the rodeo life that I didn’t live but feel like I have experienced through so many touching stories. Lindsay, this podcast has been absolutely amazing to listen to! I grew up in the rodeo world jr rodeoing, college rodeoing, and now just amateur rodeoing. My dad roped but never more than off the farm. My boyfriend, Tyler, is a saddle bronc rider who had a non traditional start to the saddle bronc world. He currently is a permit card holder with plans to buy his pro card after he finishes his final year of college this year. ShaRee’s story about Cody having to navigate his own path is the pinnacle of what Tyler is having do for himself. This year was his first year of rodeoing hard to try to make the circuit finals. It has been amazing yet hard all at the same time. And no one truly understands the drive and dedication he has to the sport. I also love the story that Shelby Vezain shared about the brotherhood between the travel partners. That has been one of my favorite parts of Tyler’s college rodeo journey. It has provided him with the best friends and traveling partners for the pro rodeos. The support they have for one another is who I strive to be in friendships. Thank you for making a podcast that is so relatable and helping me to navigate my way through being a rodeo girlfriend!

Oh my gosh! My gratitude thermometer just exploded!!! I got so emotional listening to Shelby’s testimony. Most marriages wouldn’t have survived this tragedy. God is the glue, and obviously JR and Shelby had stellar mentors in their lives to instill this level of faith. Incredible children of God. Now I would love to hear JR on Luke’s show. I’ve been lucky enough to meet both Lindsay and Luke so this podcast was a no brainer for me. I love how Lindsay interacts with her guests and in such a casual manner.

Lindsay is such an intelligent, well-spoken, gifted conversationalist! She knows how to keep the conversation flowing and brings out interesting, thoughtful pieces of life. She delves into the behind the scenes of rodeo life that is applicable to any walk of life and is so relatable to the things all of us experience in our different seasons.

Loving everything this podcast has to offer. The guests give true insight to rodeo life behind the scenes and Lindsay does such a great job keeping a good variety of guests with different perspectives and stories. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this podcast and find myself waiting for the next episode to release. I don’t have too many friends that live the same lifestyle as I do, and it is so good and refreshing to hear other women who have had similar feelings and experiences as I have while being with someone who rodeos. It is so uplifting and encouraging! I think this podcast is also for anyone who just wants to learn more about the western industry and lifestyle!

I love this podcast because it really shows the behind the scenes of what goes on. Most people think everything is always glamorous and the contestants just win big checks all the time but nope. Although I don’t have a family member that professionally competes we are a HUGE rodeo family. My brother and significant other travel every weekend to rodeos on a much smaller scale than the professionals but it’s still not easy!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this podcast and highly recommend people to listen who are not as familiar with the sport!
