We're Here to Help

Jake Johnson (New Girl, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse) and Gareth Reynolds (The Dollop) don't feel qualified to give strangers good advice. Most of their friendship over the last 15 years has been based around dumb bits, but they do (for better or worse) want to try to help people out. Like your friendly local bartender or your tipsy uncle at a family gathering, Jake and Gareth are on the caller's side and trying to help. Each episode, the guys make several pitches to callers (whose questions range from trivial to serious) with their best attempts of advice. They can't promise their suggestions will be perfect, but it will be the best they've got. Hilarious and solid advice

One of my favorite comedy podcasts. Love the banter with the hosts, guest hosts and the callers. One small suggestion would be to cut time of each call down. Some calls drag on and the amount of advice being thrown out it too long. Follow-ups are great!

What the world needs

This is truly pure fun in podcast form. It is hilarious, it is sweet and meaningful, it is completely unpredictable in the best way. Never has anything else caused me to completely lose it and laugh uncontrollably in so many public situations - and it comes out of no where. I’m not talking about a good chuckle. You honestly can’t prepare for when the show will break you and you will bend at the waist, almost fall to your knees laughing so hard you instantly seem insane to everyone around you. It’s my favorite podcast of all time and just about the most enjoyable way to spend an hour. Please never stop 😆 And, yes, Gareth, the one sip is wild

I keep holding out for the end to see if the Ballad of Mrs. Gingerbread plays, and of course it does, then I’m stuck in a trance. I can’t bring myself to change it. I don't say this lightly because I am such a fan of comedy and podcasts. This is hands down the funniest podcast I have ever listened to. Mostly an Ad

Love the meat of the podcast, hosts are very funny and calls are silly. However half of the podcast is an ad. I get it’s how you make money but it’s ridiculous. The least y’all can do is read them over music so it’s easy to skip the 20 minute ad read in the middle of the podcast
