What are the dangers and what does the future look like with all that material, especially if there are orbital junk collisions that create more bullet-bits?

I love Tim’s videos and I really liked Our Ludacris Future. Admittedly I only liked listening to the Spaceflight related snippets, so having a podcast like this is very helpful for me working in the Aerospace industry.
