Per My Last Email

Is it okay to ask your coworker how much they make? Is Gen Z set up for failure in the workplace? Should you really bring your whole self to work? Kaila: be part of the solution
As an executive leader in the workplace for over 30 years, I was disappointed by Kaila’s negative attitude in this week’s podcast. Recommend she become part of the solution vs the problem. Happy to serve as her mentor to shape her professional development.

    Out of touch
Talk about living in a podcast fantasy bubble. Just because you have a mouth doesn’t mean you should create/host a podcast. These last two generations are showing themselves for what they are: worthless.

    Helpful + fun
PMLE has been super helpful in navigating my career (asking for raises, connecting with co-workers, etc…) and the show is super fun to listen to as well. Highly recommend!

Cool format but lacking insights and substance
Appreciate the structure of the show and the semi-relatable workplace situations, but there’s very little substance or helpful advice offered by the hosts. It’s almost as if the format of the show is great, but it need hosts with more experience building companies or cultures to be helpful for people like me navigating their careers.

    Great topics with fresh attitude
Appreciate the views that start with the facts and conclude with the hosts take. They weigh the pros and cons sometimes so evenly that I forget where they stand but I appreciate the friendly debates.

    Great chemistry and thoughts
I love the banter and friendship between the hosts and the length of the episodes. I’m interested to hear more tactical advice about how to approach conversations like talking about money or specific things to do and say, based on their expertise, in addition to their opinions. Love the use of research as well. Looking forward to listening more!

    Insightful and thought provoking
Being a MBD listener I ventured over here after Kyle covered for Toby on Monday, April 29th. Listened to one episode and hit the follow button and leaving this review right after. Great content and I’m excited to hear more!
