Miss Oreo 17CultThis is especially funny because some people said that our old church was a cult!

Shelly GellyWorth the Listen!I love RVC’s IG, but I won’t lie to you when they came out with the podcast at first I thought what is the point of this? Just a bunch of silly banter it seems. But today as I am driving in my car with 1 hundred million things on my mind, it was so nice to just listen to Jason and Emily chat in a light hearted way. I finally get it, guys! Thank you for this podcast!
-
JulesbakesbreadI Always look forward to each episode! The way the podcast hosts share their honest thoughts and experiences on the show is SO refreshing! There are many times I will be listening and bust out laughing. It’s my favorite podcast since episode #1, I never miss an episode.
-
HGB<3Please don't educate usIn response to a recent episode...please, oh, please don't change a thing! I listen for the humour and Jason's weird voices. Whoever complained about that is just plain wrong. It tickles me every time. And I don't need another educational podcast, clean humour is much harder to come by. Keep the content coming! You guys are a bright spot to my Wednesday routine.
-
Gin RummiestJust really very funnyTRVC pod is possibly my favorite podcast. Emily and Jason are wholesome, heartwarming, and hilarious. Hubs and I love listening together. If you want a funny, informative, and usually lighthearted listen, you will LOVE this pod!! (There, Jason… 1 more review towards 1K. Keep ‘em coming!😁)
-
Ju Ju bee TannerGeneral feedbackI have really enjoyed this podcast! I rarely ever laugh out loud when I’m alone and listen to comedy, but you two have made me laugh so much! Had no idea how funny Jason is! Emily is the “lost twin” of my best friend and it’s almost creepy how similar they are.
-
1morelisten❤️Such a fun listen. In response to a recent podcast I’d love some of Emily’s recommendations and swaps (I have read the book, but I’d love even more recommendations)
-
EssyvnoFunny & cleanDo you know how hard to find a podcast that isn’t full of curse words, or sexual double meaning jokes? Thank goodness for the hilariously enjoyable relatable podcast. I look forward to my Wednesday mornings 🥰 Thanks Emily and Jason FYI the pop the popcorn episode… yeah it lost me…🤣 Additional comment; I don’t come here for informational or educational podcast, I come for a good laugh and misc convo. It’s like Seinfeld, a podcast about nothing 😊
-
Aprille DMy favorite podcast By FARThere’s no other podcast I consistently look forward to listening to. I’ve been listening since the beginning, I can’t believe it’s almost been a year! The older episodes are definitely worth digging up, for more recent listeners. I’ll be listening with my headphones on and Jason and Emily have me laughing out loud the hardest I’ve laughed in a while. Jason - I love “the voice”! I couldn’t stop laughing about “stay in your lane,” or the episode when someone asked Emily to use more variety in how she actively listens to Jason, “I could see that.” You guys turned it into an inside joke and it made me feel like I was part of your inner circle to witness the creation of that joke 😂 Thank you for committing to at least 1 more year, this podcast makes my day. And Emily, I care about your pie crust recipe, and the plants in your yard! Basically any subject you address that Jason finds boring, I think to myself “I’m paying attention!!” Please, tell us more about your garden, show us more in your reels! I want to see your dainty daffodils 🌱 -Aprille
-
Kinda crunchy mainly scrunchyPlease keep doing the podcast! ❤️I genuinely laugh out loud listening to this podcast! I love listening to it!
-
NCKangarooGirlCan we have the dinner party now? There was mention on the last episode of doing a dinner party once a thousand ratings were reached, and 🙋♀️ would 100% travel for that. But seriously, love to listen to y’all and see who you are as people rather than just the characters you play in your videos. See so much of my husband and I in you, especially that you’re just 2 people trying to make the best choices for you and your family in this crazy world. Looking forward to many more podcast episodes. (But only as long as you stay in your lane. 😉)

Cedar FacioReally Very EntertainedI love the podcast, love the youtube content. I just have to say I came across RVC on Youtube Shorts and thought it was genuine and not satire and I wasn't offended. I know you two deal with a lot of backlash over jokes and stances etc but honestly any normal person wouldn't be offended even if they didn't agree they don't have to accept every truth you accept. They don't have to be crunchy either to enjoy the content. I started leaning crunchy when I had my first child and she refused to eat eggs off teflon pans. Now I use all stainless steal and I buy my eggs from my aunt who owns 12 chickens, and my daughter eats eggs for almost every breakfast now. Also Jason, I laugh every time you do "the voice", and even before knowing anything remotely crunchy I always was disgusted by crock pot plastic liners, whose idea was that anyway? Emily, you inspire me to be a crunchier mom, I'm about to dive into making bone broth again along with my sourdough bread, cookies, waffles and crackers. I successfully did Keto in my early 20s and lost 40 pounds, my aim is to do it again in the near future.

JennaACummingsLove This PodcastI love this podcast! I just love the dynamic between Emily and Jason and I look forward to listening to this every week!

Rebecca StumpfCan’t Listen To This While DrivingIt’s official, I cannot listen to this podcast while driving. The last two times I had this on in the car while driving through my home of rural Montana, Jason’s quirky and unhinged comments had me bowled over, eyes barely able to stay open, and in that ‘chuckling but breathless’ state, trying to maintain control on the road (thankfully it’s the great wide open out here in MT!). Their playful banter keeps me engaged, and their topics are interesting and relevant in today’s world. Was glad to hear they have some rationality when it comes to conspiracies, and be sure not to let Emily know where your homestead is, if you have one. ;) If you live intentionally, care about our planet/our impact on it, and want to laugh, this is the podcast for you. (After Jason’s umpteenth plea to leave a review on Apple podcasts, I finally gave in. Looking forward to that giveaway of the “Really Very Country” black-market t-shirt!). ;)

Deanna - Dear SummitI’d read a Western Robin HoodSeriously though, I love this podcast. Emily and Jason are fun and relatable, and a joy to listen to. (And yes I would buy the book, if you wrote it.)

Niki TroutmanI love this podcast!I have listened every Wednesday since the first episode dropped, and I enjoy each one so much! Super wholesome entertainment I can listen to with my kid and still feel like I’ve got to listen to something for me. I’d recommend it to anyone who doesn’t take themselves, or their entertainment too seriously:)
-
MeganB996Fan of JasonI’m 51% here for Jason and 50% here for Emily. Love you guys! I laugh out loud during some of your segments. You are so relatable while still sprinkling in tons of stories of your random and hilarious adventures.
-
amazingrace415Love you guys! <3I look forward to listening every week! I love your relationship haha it reminds me of my husband and me. If I could make one suggestion it’d be to add a Crunchy Tip of the Week where listeners could learn a simple way to approachably (not a word apparently, but you know what I mean) become crunchier over time. P.S. I live about an hour-ish away from Paducah now so how might one become IRL friends with you guys!? P.P.S. Jason’s “voice” cracks me up. Keep up the good work! Love, Jenna
-
Jacalyn Kru10/10I love listening!! Thanks guys!! - Update- I have now started to wait unlit my hubby is home to listen to the new episodes that come out. Your relationship & humor remains a lot of our own and we can’t get enough of it. 😂

-
h20fanaticThe best podcastWe have so much in common with Emily and Jason and love to listen to them relate to each other. Whenever we’re in the car the kids ask “Can we listen to a Crunchy?”
-
OnehappypenguinGreat podcast! These two are funny and charming! I always leave the episode laughing and sometimes look crazy wearing headphones around the house bursting with laughter. Keep up the great episodes!
-
foreverunlimitedPeer Pressure Still Works On Me…Hats off, Jason! You got me! This is the first review for a podcast I’ve ever written. EVER. But when you can’t stop listening to a podcast the day it comes out and you can listen to it around your kids because it’s clean, and then one day your 3 year old says “Mama, did you write a review yet?” 😅 4/4 stars, guys! From a “crispy at best” family, we love you!
-
michaelamoggggRelatable and enjoyableI look forward to each new episode. It feels like hanging out with friends who I can very easily relate to and laugh with
-
Egirl1208My favorite podcastJust listening to a like minded mama like Emily talk about life brings me such peace, combined with the humor and laughter that Emily and Jason both bring to the show makes this my favorite podcast! I look forward to every new episode!
-
Wild&Free&BookLovinMamaHilarious and relatableI’m with you Emily! On the most recent episode, I felt like I could relate 100% with you. I often know, KNOW my husband said something and later on he denies it. My husband would say Jason is right on this. You guys are great. I look forward to this podcast weekly.
-
eslgirlGotta love emOK, you got me. I'm really just writing a review because I want you to read it on your podcast, lol! Good tactic 🙂Here is my most embarrassing moment. About 10 years ago, my husband was pastoring a church in Virginia. One of the younger women in the church asked me to come to her baby shower. They were playing a game where everyone had to bring (new, haha) panties for the mom to be that THEY would buy themselves and she had to guess which person brought which panties. I bought the panties I always buy, which are the cheapest cotton Hanes underwear I can find. The mom to be opened everyone's "gift." Everyone had given her these cute, lacy, trendy pairs of underwear. She opened mine and said, "who brought me THESE? Do people actually WEAR these? This HAS to be a joke!" Everyone laughed! "You can wear them when you're eight months pregnant!" "Those are some real grannie panties!" She looked around the room and repeated: who brought these? I had to sheepishly raise my hand, bright red and totally embarrassed. "Oh, it was the pastor's wife. That was a funny joke!" 😂 Mhhm, yeah. Joke. 👀
-
ColetteBlechertEntertaining and….makes you thinkI may be rethinking my personal opinion of the moon landing thanks to Emily and Jason

EstherLMillerSo goodLove the podcast so much that I downloaded the apple podcast app so that I could write this review (and help yall make it to 1,000 reviews.) 😂🤍
-
Christinew1559Dose of SanityFantastic podcast, if you want a great laugh. There is this “yes they get me and my husband“ haha
-
SarahpaepkeI’ve been listening since the beginningI love this podcast. I’ve listened to every single episode since the beginning and no, I’ve never “turned it off” in the middle of one 😂 Emily and Jason are absolutely hilarious and their jokes and stories never get old. They feel like talking to good friends. I have heard Jason’s shameless plug to leave a review way too many times, and every time I’ve ignored it. Here’s your review, Jason. Almost to 1000 🤪
-
C.HermsGenuinely Makes me LaughWriting my review so they get to 1,000! Emily and Jason’s banter genuinely makes me laugh every episode and I find their relationship both sweet/ wholesome and relatable. I don’t always agree with 100% of their views on everything, but that’s okay! I have gotten a lot of joy and even thoughtful introspection out of this podcast. Definitely worth a listen.
-
CJJKZLove the showI’m the wife of a missionary pilot in training. Through all our tough moves, this podcast has kept me laughing. I love the real back and forth between Jason and Emily. It gives me constant weekly entertainment to look forward to no matter where we go. Keep up the good work!
-
PeaceLoveOnlyCozy and FunnyI love that listening to this feels like hanging out with your friends. They have a conversation, we listen, and it’s usually funny - sometimes so funny my stomach hurts. However, I do wish there was more “crunchy” content. Fire example, talk about what you make to eat, what you look for in clothing and products, how you manage going on vacations or bring out all day without succumbing to fast food. I’m pretty crunchy, so I may not learn much, but I would like to hear stuff that relates to their videos, too. Even if you don’t take my suggestions, I will still listen because I adore you guys. Keep up the great work!
-
wendysworkingitFeel Good ShowHopefully you will laugh when I tell you I enjoy falling asleep listening to you two at night 😂….no I don’t ONLY listen to you then 🤣….but your show just makes me feel warm and cozy and is the perfect chatter I’m looking for when I’m trying to relax.
-
Cajungerl84Love from a not crunchy mom🫣I’m not very crunchy at all, although when I told my husband we were expecting our first child he said(after much excitement) “you don’t wanna have this baby in a barn you?” So maybe I’ve got crunch potential🤣 That being said, I so love the two of you and I’m so happy y’all have this podcast! Listening to it has made me feel as if I actually know y’all. The banter is so funny, Emily has the cutest laugh and I relate to Jason’s attitude about most things! Emily too, but I feel like Jason gets too much flack! Also, I’ve come to the realization that YouTube doesn’t actually count each view…I’ve listened to Honey Just Be no less than 100x and the views definitely don’t reflect that!! What a beautiful song. Shannon Rose Webb has the voice of an angel!(I’d wanna take lessons to sound like her too!) It’s made me cry so many times, nostalgia always gets me. When my little boy is fussy in the car, my daughter tells me to sing Honey Bee so he stops crying…and he does🥰 I have so much more to say but I feel like I’d be a creep if I gave all the compliments I’ve had run through my mind listening to the two of you! Keep it up!!
-
Aubren C.Family Favorite!I listen to this podcast before I make my grocery list to keep myself in check. We love they’re conversations and humor!

FarmerJen👩🏼🌾Not Sure What to Title This But I Think Y’all Are Amazing!!Hi!!! Y’all are my favorite podcasts I think y’all are very entertaining. I found out y’all on Facebook in 2020 or 2021. At first I honestly didn’t know how to take the humor but every single time I came across a reel I would watch it, I had joined some homestead groups and some sourdough starter groups and you had showed up in my algorithm. I felt drawn to y’all videos. I had just moved from my home town of 22 years, I didn’t really know anyone but my husband in our new town. I saw how Emily dressed and honestly as silly as that may sound I loved it and she seemed a lot like the friends I had left in my hometown. Which it felt really comforting. My husband would tease me “oh you are watching that crunchy lady again” now y’alls podcasts are a regular thing being played and I’m pretty sure he likes y’all just as much as I do.
-
Katie-0224Love this podcastI love listening to this podcast while I work- it really seems to make the day go faster! Also, I LOVE when Jason makes the voices!
-
Eliza AshleyOne of fav podcasts! You guys make me laugh with EVERY SINGLE episode! Your banter cracks me up and I actually think it’s hilarious when you do your voices, Jason, so keep doing them!
