    Captivating
This show is beautifully put together. It has everything I was looking for in a true crime podcast. I’ve listened to many many true crime podcast, but this series stands above the rest. The story is so interesting and captivating. 10/10 would 100% recommend

Awesome series. Keith is a natural at narrating. Really enjoyed this show.

    Really?
This was thin, almost like it could have just been one episode of Dateline…. Oh, wait.

Spoiler Alert! Don t tell the ending in your review!!!!!
I had not even listened to the first episode. Agree with the reviewer who says: JUST SHUT UP AND LISTEN.

    He’s the man, Keith M!
You can never go wrong with my favorite narrator of all time, Keith Morrison. The man, the myth, the Legend! And oh what a tale he will spin! Just shut up and listen, bruh.

    Epic Diction
Keith Morris's voice makes this attention grabbing and easy to listen to and get hooked on as to what will happen next. Loved this!

This one gave me the creeps
Man on man. Dateline never disappoints but this one had me on edge. I honestly was seeing shadows when I was out by myself. Another must listen too

This was a great story. Recommended if you’re a Dateline fan!

    All Dateline podcasts are amazing
Once I see it is a Dateline production, I am hooked.

    I love dateline but…
This was at best 2 episodes worthy and was horribly redundant and over dramatized. Key details were shared only in the sixth episode that were chronologically known well before the trailer. Absolutely the worst dateline I have ever listened to.

    Well produced and captivating story
I am a huge Dateline fan and love anything Keith Morrison narrates. This series was well produced and kept me on the edge of my seat.

    Clown narrator
If you didn’t know Keith Morrison was supposedly this great journalist, you’d think he was a bad community theater wannabe. His ridiculous, phony, contrived voiceover is laugh-out-loud stupid.

    Great Job Keith!
The only reason for all the negative comments (in my opinion) is they paid to listen. Get over it, cancel your subscription. The story and Keith’s narration was FANTASTIC!!! Keep them coming, I will listen and continue to paid. PS: Keith, my husband and I hearts go out to you and your family. We love Matt, he brought great laughter into our home and forever be missed.

    Why was this six episodes?
An interesting premise for an audio series but the host’s delivery and the music swells are so overly dramatic I felt like any second Nicole Kidman was going to welcome me to AMC next. Also, for all the lead up the end is abrupt.

    Great story!
Creepy! Keeps you in the edge of your seat, you can’t believe this is real! Would 100% recommend!

    This is an old story!
So disappointed. I’m not paying to hear a production of an old dateline episode

    Great Story
Keith Morison did a great job of reporting and telling this story, This particular crime was both mysterious and chilling, would make a great movie, The film maker who committed the murder got exactly what he deserved a life sentence living miserable in a prison without the possibility of parole is a whole lot better than the death sentence

    This was a good series
Very weird guy Liked the story and how it rolled out

    Great Listen
I don’t know why some of the ratings are so negative. I get that this story may have been told already. I hadn’t heard it, and I thought this was fascinating! Dateline did a great job of releasing episodes leading right to Halloween (for those of us who don’t want to pay for premium). Predictable? Maybe… I mean if you listen to true crime, you get pretty good at predicting where the narrative goes. That didn’t make this any less horrifying and disturbing. What a crazy real life story!

    Worst of the extended Datelines
Despite Keith, this is the worst of the extended set aside Dateline pods don’t far. Way too many too short episodes to sell commercials

    Episodes won’t play
I’m a premium subscription and multiple episodes won’t play. No idea who to contact about this.

Mental health and make believe is reality
Creepy story, it didn’t need so many episodes however. We all knew the conclusion early on. It could have been much shorter

    The old switcharoo
I like that I had already known this story from YouTube docs but the way they started this story made it seem like an altogether different story & it surprised me. I did figure it out about ten minutes in that it was this case. What an awful guy who thought this was a great use of his time
  • Jpolney
    Love the story….
But I paid for premium for early access and still need to wait? Ugh.
  • Cronie6114
    Ugh
God story bad narration and production
  • NewyorkJB
    Twisted
I love listening to every Dateline episode but this was a very interesting story. Very cool and twisted
  • irritated126511
    Still a re-run…
Slap some extra details about the story that was already told, and it’s STILL a story that’s already been told. I’m not paying money to hear something that I have already heard. Do better.

    Creepy but so intriguing!!
Thanks for keeping me entertained during my daily walks! Not gonna lie, kept looking over my shoulder. ☠️

    Narration
Narration stops randomly-have to close and reopen the app! Is this what I am paying for?

    Always entertaining
Dateline has the perfect blend of storytelling filled with suspense and actual clips, that allows the listener to follow along. My favorite true crime channel, I have never missed an episode.

    ??”
Confusing as heck. The story keeps jumping around. I can’t even get through episode one. Feels like an editor issue
  • pnw_21
    Great!
I’m hooked. I can’t wait for the new episodes
  • hustycleaner
I can’t believe this story is real
I was drawn in from the start. I binged season 1 and season 2 can’t be available soon enough!
  • Akminer
    Confused
I never have trouble falling a Dateline story. This one is too bizarre and disjointed for me.
  • Durst98
    Intriguing
I like most of Keith Morrison’s work, and this show seems promising. But every Dateline podcast has issues with compression or limiting causing the very low frequencies of some musical passages to interfere with the dialogue, reducing the volume of the narration. Audio post production guy, look into this please. Audio mastering isn’t a set it and forget it situation. Listen, listen, listen.

Should give peacock subscription holders this membership for no charge IMO

    Boring
Can’t even get through the first episode. Editor needed to get it up to Dateline standards.
