Ironically too wordy for Productivity Podcast
Just listened to the recent ‘Energy’ episode. WAY too many ‘we are bout to talk about, ums, obvious points, restatements without progress…just too many wasted words. Tighten up the production, edit more, and stick to a script. I think the hosts are a little too much in love with themselves. That said many of the points-when they get around to it-are arguably valid enough to chew over.

    No thanks
Their productivity tips are to use sponsored products and apps

Needs a little refocusing I think.
I do love this show, I used to recommend it to others often, but I’m struggling to stick with the discussions lately. Thanh constantly relates topics to nutrition and supplements, pickle ball, working out, etc. A recent episode about the fridge magnet for example, he talked about how he asks AI how he can be a professional pickle ball player, or when he was asked a question about his thoughts on the fridge magnet, he went almost tangential on this drawn out comparison to using supplements. Another recent episode, I’m hardly five minutes in and he’s already talking about how he had shoulder surgery and was able to return to lifting in two months when it takes most people much longer. I wouldn’t mind some examples of his real life applications used in conversation here and there but it’s starting to feel like every single topic is an opportunity to talk about “thahn the athlete.” It gets repetitive so I end up tuning out. And I don’t want to tune out because these guys really do provide great nuggets of info! Would love to see the pickle ball/exercise talk dialed back just a bit.

    Engaging & Informative!
I love Thanh & Brooks podcast… They both are incredibly captivating & passionate in each episode! Thanh & Brooks really value self-awareness and ways to move purposefully through life. They often say “happy people are productive people” …and I couldn’t love that more! Hosts prioritize taking action on finding your purpose & give great tips throughout each episode to acheive your productivity goals. A MUST LISTEN!

    Making Productivity Fun Again
I discovered this show a couple years back and have listened to it regularly since. Thanh and Brooks are super-helpful and friendl hosts with a casual conversational style. All of their tips have been applicable and their tool recommendations are fun to hear about (without feeling like you have to have them in your arsenal). They also talk about the benefits and limitations of GTD, and the Mac/Windows comparisons are next-level learning. They aren’t just instructive, they’re reflective. I’ve watched their webinars and I highly recommend checking out their pro-grade courses.

    I’m now Cauc-Asian Efficient! :-)
This is my favorite weekly productivity podcast I listen to consistently and put into action! The co-host setup is relaxed, conversational, very friendly, and super-useful. The occassional guests they bring on are top-notch, and everyone genuinely wants to help you. Check out their subscription program and online courses – these guys show up!!

    Listening and Learning for years
Thanh and his team are the most knowledgable efficiency and productivity experts I've found. Was one of Thanh's early "students" when he started and have always appreciated the information that AE provides. The podcast is put to the top of my listening list as soon as it gets dropped. Listened to literally a hundred other's and none remain on my weekly list...only the Productivity Show survives. Down to earth, solid information and advice that is actionable, useful and makes a difference.

A Must if you want to Improve Productivity
I have been a “lifetime” member of the Asian Efficiency Community for quite a few years & actually subscribed to Brook’s Scanning Organization Trainings before he joined Thann & AE. Individually they are great and together they are awesome!

    Amazingly good
Great content. I learn something, and I put into action something after virtually every podcast. The large amount of content for free is astounding. Even as cheap as I am, I have bought some of their courses and found them to be valuable.

    One of the best!
This is one of the best podcasts out there. I always learn something new about productivity and I already know a lot about productivity. It is a discussion that you feel part of from the beginning. Give it a try. You will learn something and may start a new relationship with yourself and productivity.

    So life changing
I love this podcast, have for years. I listen every week. I’ve done the additional classes. This team and company is doing incredible work. Thank you so much for all you do and Al you create!

    Value Added, Great ROI
The “return on investment” of time is the best of any and all productivity podcasts. The book, Getting Things Done by David Allen, left all other productivity books in the dust. TPS is it equal in podcast venue; nothing else compares, TPS is the benchmark.

Always helpful information - learn something each episode
It’s rare a podcast consistently explains or introduces me to something that I didn’t know before - or didn’t know to the same level. This is a must hear podcast for me. Thanks Asian Efficiency Team!

    Too many ads
Decent content, nothing ground-breaking, but wow. So many ads. I’d rather get this type of information elsewhere via content creators that respect my time and not try to glaringly sell as much.
  • Bbbblckcat
Too many ads and reference to previous ep
Wow it is extremely disturbing. It is slow to get to point. I dont listen to this cast often, but my first impression is "money grab"
  • vitalej17
Long time listener, LOVE this podcast!!
This podcast is proof that the idea that being busy means = being productive is totally untrue. Each episode proves that and helps you thoughtfully examine your habits and tasks to either delegate or refine them so you can spend more of your life enjoying it! Not being weighted down by the busy work of your biz.

    Two words: Impactful Actionables
For the past nine months, I have subscribed to the AE podcast. Why? Because each episode is loaded with nuggets of impactful and actionable content. AE is one of my sharpest tools in my personal and business progress toolkit. Plus, I really appreciate Thanh’s and Brooks’ authenticity. Thanks guys for doing what you do.

Really enjoyed the podcast about the health hacks you guys are using. Really appreciated this episode.

    Game changer
I feel dramatic writing this but this podcast did change my life. Not in a “saw the light” kind of way I just see how things I learned from it help me in all sorts of little ways everyday. One of the best parts is that it’s a gateway to lots of other great resources, especially the books they recommend. I will say it’s not a gripping or hilarious podcast, just very practical. Also there is no reason to listen in any particular order so I would browse for a topic that’s relevant for you. Highly recommend!

    Trendy pseudo science infomercial
I think some things they say are true and helpful but it seems like there MAIN focus is selling/endorsing products, teachers, books, and apps... Just seems so topical but I may have just been the episode I listened to. I’ll try another one but I just don’t think it’s for me... As I right this at the end of the podcast yet here again!!! A product plug for diet/healthy eating plan and diet.... My intelligence is consistently insulted... Want to loose weight ...? here’s the secret: Ready..? Move more eat less Man I wanted to like this podcast...unfortunate.

    Engaging & Invaluable Content 🙌
The Productivity Show is, hands down, one of the absolute best resources out there and is a must listen for anyone interested in exploring their own personal evolution & development. The A+ and actionable advice they provide (combined with the relatable & succinct way in which they deliver) had me hooked from the very first listen. Beyond grateful for AE - consisntely enriching and empowering thousands of lives for almost a decade! 🙏🙏🙏

Interesting topics for all self improvers
I’ve applied these tactics and practices in almost all areas of my life. This form of podcast delivery is so engaging and no nonsense. They highlight some cool apps and books to get into. I routinely look forward to this podcast.

    Terrific Podcast
Consistently puts out the best content week after week. No bias toward a product or gadget. Just interested in what works best for those seeking to improve.

Its Addictive Listening to Successful People
Disclaimer: I am a member of the AE Dojo Community, but its one of the best communities out there! The Productivity Show is my go to podcast. These episodes are great to listen to over and over again if you just want to listen to people who are go-getters. Each episode is nicely focused, but the real gem is diversity of people you get to listen to. Everyone brings something different to the table! The AE Team really listens to their fan base - when we have something we want to hear about, we generally see that topic upcoming!
  • El Stinky de Pinky
    Nonsense
Episode 250... spending 10 minutes talking about temperature is idiotic... maybe get better content or shorten the episode by 10 min instead of going on and on with nonsense.

    Love it!
As a fellow podcaster just starting out, the show is an inspiration for me. It isn’t too long, it gets to the point, and has great actionable items. Something I will also be aspiring to! Thank you!

    Great podcast
Tons of helpful, actionable thoughts on productivity. Too many other podcasts are just people rambling; not these guys. You can tell they have prepared well, and it pays dividends for their clarity and for their listeners. I find myself saving lots of episodes as references for various parts of my job. Highly recommend.

    Motivation
I have listened to several of your podcasts and I don't think I have ever heard you discuss ADHD. In your recent podcast on energy, I could not help but think that every single symptom or issue you discusses is a trait of ADHD. Are you not aware that you most likely have that? Which is not a bad thing, and has so many positive traits, but the solutions are different. You might want to research a bit in ADHD if you have not already. Good job on your show!

    Great information
The info provided in this podcast is honest to god helpful. No fluff no advertisements just info that will do exactly what the title says, which is make you more productive

The Productivity Show SAVES My Life
Along with my necessary Caffeine in take every morning, my day never goes well with out some sort of inspiration to start my day. I’m a Mayor if a smaller city in Texas, I have my own Insurance Agency I also manage, along with several side projects and a wife and two young children. Being 33 years old and well into all of these endeavors, I have faced the reality that when you are captain of the ship, 3 in my case, you don’t often find anyone eager to give you (applicable) advice or willing to help with or discus deficiencies or problems that you have or face. Thanks to this show, I get that on the regular and through a vast array of genres. Like I said: This show has not saved my life... it SAVES my life. Chris Cannon Elgin, Texas

    Thanks
I have been enjoying your podcasts and have taken much of the info to heart. Unlike many podcasts that are backed by businesses you don’t let that interfere with the content you provide. Very refreshing! Keep up the good work.
