HorrorfancollectorTrek Geeks Rock!I love these guys and their love for all things Trek. They embody everything that Star Trek has taught us about getting along and they are old friends who have bonded over their love of Star Trek.

DEC1024From true Trekkies for true Trekkies!I LOVE this podcast! Both Bill and Dan are hilarious and fun! I love the banter between the two, who pick and diss on each other like loving blood brothers; it’s AWESOME! 🤣 Love and appreciate how they try to see the positive in EVERYTHING Star Trek, especially when there’s so much negativity out there these days. Keep up the good work, gents. Live long and prosper! 🖖🏻

RichieRich68wLove the Show!DS9 has been my favorite Trek since I first watched it on cable back in the day. Man, it is a warm hug and a cup of coffee on a cold day. My only true feeling of friendship outside of family. Love that you give it so much love. I feel that same connection with this show now. My kind of humor, my kind of Trek talk. It’s like I am having a conversation with great friends about something dear to us that nobody else in my life gets. I wept tears of joy listening to your story about DS9 pulling you back from the brink in your darkest hour. Joy, because we made it back. Trek was the Me too, my friend. Me too. DS9 is my road guard. Army Veteran with PTSD. Can you guess my favorite episode? Thanks for the hard work and for keeping me sane at my work. Wish y’all were hosting Mission Log…I love Mission Log too, but you guys are my favorite hosts. Wanna talk every Ep, every show with ya! I am rambling…have a good night.

FishinOnTheHolodeck229Star Trek 2.0This show has both challenged my ideas and opened my mind to so many new perspectives. From listening to actors talk about character development to challenging trivia, I really have come to love these guys. Also, I’m so happy to be going back through DS9 again!

Weyoun_CloneJust FantasticThis podcast was my gateway into Trek podcasts, the podcast that convinced me to finally start attending conventions, and the podcast I look forward to the most every week. It’s all about the joy of Trek through the lense of a deep friendship. Live long and prosper, gents!

EricBT88Lessons I learned from SaruThis will sound unbearably corny but I promise every word is genuine. I was honestly sad to hear Bill has never looked at the stars. That is something I have done to deal with my own anxiety issues. Bill, you will look at the stars, of that I am absolutely certain, when you do doesn’t matter. Until then take solace in the fact you just became one.

MrRogersHoodAwesome Podcast and Great People!!I love these guys!! They are super kind and they deliver a great podcast!

MeDoh!To Boldly Speak Trek Like Many Have Before, But Better!I love this podcast and have binged every episode. Bill and Dan bring a great set of perspectives to the Star Trek community. Stump the geek and geek the stump are also a joy to listen too. Whether filling in the gaps in the history of Trek for newbies, or in-depth breakdowns of our favorite and most debated episodes, Trek Geeks is a must-subscribe.

JoyFamily#1 Star Trek PodcastTrek Geeks has assumed the mantle of the #1 Star Trek Podcast outshining the abandoned “Mission Log”. It’s 2 guys, maybe a guest, and a topic. And they give some of the best insight into Trek. I’ve been digging through the back catalog for my long commutes and have not found a stinker yet. Do I always agree? Nope. Are they always right, nope. But that does not take away from the enjoyment.
-
Candy-SagaPushes the Discovery series way too much. The host Bill Smith will actually block you on Twitter if you disagree with anything he says about Discovery. I disagreed about a minor characters makeup, and he sent went ballistic, sent a nasty reply, said I wasn’t a true Star Trek fan and blocked me. He pushes Discovery like it’s the most popular ST series ever, and thinks every episode is perfect. His agenda is quite clear. This podcast would be much better off without him.
-
drbeatGood, except for the slanted coverage of DiscoveryThis is a fun podcast, the hosts definitely have fun sparring with each other and you can tell they have genuine affection for Star Trek as well as each other. I enjoy most of their coverage of past Trek series though I must say their complete and utter fawning over Star Trek Discovery is offputting. Whether you like the latest incarnation of Trek or not, there is no denying season one had serious flaws in the writing and execution. These guys gush to such an extent that one questions if this podcast truly is “independent” as a claims or if these guys are just shills for CBS All Access.

Brain the size of a planetfun and fabulousI've recently discovered this podcast and have been binge-listening to older episodes. The hosts, Bill and Dan have created a multi-layered show, the shining thread of which is their obvious love for Star Trek. They are fun and laugh-out-loud funny, but at the same time deep, authentic, and very touching in their discussion of Star Trek and life. Their interviews are especially a delight - I have never heard such insightful and questions that do not go down the beaten path! Bottom line: It's one of the two best little shows this side of the Gamma Quadrant.
-
Legacy Trek PodThe type of guys who have a FACE made for radioThey’ve been making us laugh for years(!) now. What is the best about them is how serious they can be about Trek without taking themselves too seriously. Looking forward to the trek to 200.
-
Tiberius in MadisonTrek GeeksMy favorite of all the Star Trek podcasts. Thanks for the great entertainment.
-
DesiSkepticTrekTrektacular!Bill and Dan have an excellent rapport and give very thoughtful insights to a variety of Trek subjects, making for an enjoyable listen! It also helps that they’re two funny guys!
-
Chris @TrekFanLVQualityThis show is quality. Bill and Dan are energetic, fun and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.
-
BKB99Trek Geeks love it!I started listening Trek Geeks recently and love it, their take on Star Trek is spot on and the humor is wonderful. Bil and Dan do a wonderful job informing and entertaining.
-
John50okFun with TrekI enjoy Bill and Dan's give and take as well as their knowledge of Star Trek. They have episodes on a variety of Star Trek topics and often have entertaining guests. I don't always agree with their opinions but I always enjoy their shows.
-
TheNumberSixTrek Geeks are the best!If you enjoy Star Trek and your looking for a great weekly podcast to hear discussion, news, analysis, and just a load of fun, then this is the podcast for you. Bill and Dan are not only friends, but huge Trek fans and it shows. Give it a listen!
-
BravesFan134Great Podcast gone awayI was an earlier listener to the podcast and use to can't wait for a new episode every week. But unfortunately they sold themselves to CBS and pretty much had went down the drains. I hope one day they will return to their roots.
-
AlexTPerryHuge fanI’m a huge fan of Bill and Dan’s TrekGeeks podcast. Fun discussions of Star Trek - well worth your time!
-
mister BFirst and last listenthese guys seem to have been swagged out by CBS because they can’t stop gushing about how great this show is and saying “CBS All Access” as much as possible. They also prattle on back slapping and self promotion for 10+ minutes before talking about the actually episode.
-
John in CincinnatiA fair podcast, shark: jumpedMany other Trek podcasts, I have to fast fwd through the first 12 or 20 minutes while the 'friends' catch up on what they've been doing, and make each other (not me) laugh. The Trek Geeks are friends, but they're here to talk about Star Trek, not to catch up on their personal lives. And they aren't against preparing for the show before recording it, or editing the show after recording it. BUT, everything about Discovery is great and thoughtful and interesting, the guests are great and thoughtful and interesting, and every comment halts the show by sixty seconds of the others calling the comment great and thoughtful and interesting, Lots of flattery sprayed around. Peruse the earier episodes, before 2017. And don't miss Ep 100, a long one about Star Trek Continues.
-
CometmanBeam me up!I recently found this podcast, and I am happy I did. Bill and Dan bring a fresh look at a 50 year franchise. This should be in your subscription box!
-
wolf3594One of the best podcastsI just found this podcast a month ago from listening to Mission Log and I have to say that I am very happy I gave it a try! Ive been going back and listening to them from the beginning and the guys are very fun and informative to listen to. Thank you guys for making a great podcast.
-
beveri846Awesome podcastJust discovered this awesome podcast last week and can't get enough of it. Enjoy the stump the geek a lot. Plus u guys make me think about things in the ST universe I haven't thought about before. And I really enjoy your banter back and forth with each other. Very awesome. Keep up the good work. LLAP.

Sci Fi loverThis is "CONJECTURE"This is best podcast in the Federation! Dare I say the biggest little show this side of the Alpha Quadrant... however this is "CONJECTURE"
-
Ryan_Albaugh84Minus 1 star for making me listen to Lido DeckLove this show, been listening since the beginning. Dan and Bill are the best Trek friends I've never had. Can't wait for the next episode every week!!
-
cbspockA fun Star Trek podcastWilliam and Dan are a lot of fun to listen to. The show usually covers some Star Trek news and then some discussion of an episode, or other trek related topic.
-
DelwinaThis podcast saved my sanity! With all of the bonkers stuff going on in this country right now, I have made a life decision. Goodbye to NPR and to all of your bad, disturbing news. Hello to Star Trek - only Star Trek - all of the time. And the cornerstone of my new Star Trekcentric life? Well, Trek Geeks, of course. But please, please, not too much more Richard Hatch :)
-
ElizSalemLove these guys!!Trek Geeks was the first Star Trek podcast I started listening to and it's still my favorite--Bill and Dan's sheer enthusiasm for Trek helped reconnect me to the fandom and helped me find other Trek websites, fan films, and podcasts. Their Facebook fan group, Camp Khitomer, is also a blast. I highly recommend that you check them out!
-
CMUMF6You are like my "number one" podcast!Without exception this is the podcast I wait to hear every week. Bill Smith and Dan Davidson are fun, engaging, knowledgeable, and deliver an entertaining show every week! If you are a Star Trek fan and don't listen to Trek Geeks... well then you might not be a real Star Trek fan! Keep up the "Fark-tastic" work Gentlemen!
-
ttbakeFun Trek PodcastI was looking for a good Star Trek podcast when I stumbled upon Trek Geeks. The hosts have a great relationship that is fun to listen to. You can tell that they are truly great friends. Their passion and knowledge about Star Trek is amazing as well. Unfortunately, they make a tad too many inside jokes. Maybe it is because I'm not very involved in Star Trek conventions or the like, but a lot of these jokes go above my head. Still haven't figured out what 'Farking' means. Overall, a great podcast that I would recommend to Trekkies.
-
dsm25Enjoy the ShowI have been listening since about episode 10. I do enjoy the show. I'll admit to skipping some episodes on some fan films, because I just don't watch all of them. I'd like to hear more of the Keep it or Skip it episodes. Miss having Stump the Geek at least semi-regularly. Bill and Dan have made me find new appreciation for DS9. The only thing I really don't care for is their outtake conversation at the end. From what I hear, I'm in the minority on that one. At least it is at the end, so I can just fast forward onto the next podcast in my queue.

Admiral RexEngage! ---ingI just discovered this podcast and listened to two episodes. These guys have fun interactions about Star Trek. So much fun that I never got bored listening to them. So I clicked Subscribe for more fun!

Trey34Great Star Trek podcast!Bill and Dan are very professional and know their material. If you enjoy Star Trek and enjoy a great time, give this show a listen. Fun time every time I listen. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! Trey

Adm.MariusStill a Great Trek Show!About a year ago I posted a rave review of this show, and I am still loving it! There is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to Star Trek podcasts these days, yet Trek Geeks is one of only two that immediately go to the top of my play list as soon as the show posts. Their love of the show is immense, yet they aren't afraid to point out the occasional wart or two. They continually land fabulous interviews, and are on the bleeding edge of all the Trek news. Make Trek Geeks a part of your weekly podcasting routine. I guarantee you won't regret it.

TokarraiReigniting my love for TrekBack in the 90's, I was a huge Trekkie. Huge. Costumes, fan clubs, shunned by my classmates, I was all in. However, as I got older, I faded out, and got into other things. Recently, I've been getting back into Trek, and one thing that has helped are these fine gentlemen. I heard them recommended by 5 Year Mission, so I checked them out. Bill and Dan are outstanding. Fun to listen to. They have good insight on what works, and what doesn't, in Trek, and they just seem like the type of guys you want to grab a beer, or a Bartles & James, with. If you have even a passing interest in Star Trek, you'll want to check them out.
-
NotADramaQueenGreat Trek PodcastI came upon this podcast advertised in one of many Trek related fan groups on Facebook. This is a great and entertaining podcast, that covers relevant information, and then features something different in each episode. Whether it’s an interview, or an episode review, or looking at a season of a series. This is my Second favorite podcast, Second only to Lido Deck, a Love Boat Podcast!
-
CharlieAMClick Subscribe!Trek Geeks, an hour long Vulvan mind meld with a couple of guys who talk about everything you want to hear about. Bill and Dan make you feel like you are part of the conversation as they unleash their knowledge of and love for this thing called Star Trek. I love the positivity and humor they bring to each podcast. Keep it up guys! -Charlie

Billy TovexFor Passion of TrekIf you loved Trek at some point in your life, listen to remember why. If you love Trek now, listen to learn new appreciation for what you love.

TanaquillI'm a better Trekkie because of this podcastThis podcast enhances my life as a Trekkie. These guys are so fun to listen to: amusing, amazing and quite entertaining. They are thoughtful and wise. That makes the podcast sound stuffy - it's not. It's lighthearted. Wait - even that word makes it sound ... not what it is. If you love "In the Pale Moonlight" and/or "The Corbomite Maneuver," can revel in the campiness of "The Bride of Chaotica" and have 50 ways of making fun of "Threshold," you'll enjoy this podcast. I don't like disparaging other podcasts, but there are some that make me cringe for various reasons. Not this one. I have only ever smiled and laughed while listening to this podcast. Everyone once in a while I gasp. But it's a good gasp. I like it better than coconuts.
-
Robertt364Great stuffI'm still trying to catch up to the most current, but everything so far has been great. I want to be a geek with you guys.

Trekkie01DA Cheeky Good TimeIf you are looking for a different podcast about Star Trek, this one is worth a listen. Bill and Dan have a beautiful friendship that really comes through each episode. They look at anything and everything Trek, not just their loves but their dislikes. Every time I listen to them I think of all the conversations that I have had with friends (and strangers at STLV) about Star Trek. All opinions and points are listened to and looked at from a logical perspective. The interviews they have done are wonderful and the fact that they can pull in people to talk with, because they don't come across as interviews, are phenomenal. I have truly enjoyed this podcast, my second one that I make sure to listen to on a regular basis, and the fact that I have become long-distant online friends with both Bill and Dan.
-
Dr. Bones McCoy 2016Starfleet never had such a watchdogYou know us doctors. Always offering opinion even without a co-pay in Romulan ale. If you thought Trek was dead, these guys just breathed life into the franchise without help from CBS or Paramount. Thanks for their effort because without their help, I’d been drafted again. And, you know me… I hate getting drafted by Kirk and Starfleet. I’d rather be listening to Trek Geeks and sipping a nice Mississippi ice tea.
-
Paul PostelPolished and full of personality!I have been listening to Dan and Bill for quite awhile now. They are my Monday morning go to when I am driving into the office. The quality of the podcast is polished and on par with a professional talk radio show. Dan and Bill have personality and they show it on every episode. Their banter keeps me quite entertained and I am usually laughing throughout most of the show. Thanks for all of the laughs and awesome guest stars guys! Keep it up!
-
MarkDillonVOAwesome! As a fellow podcaster I really appreciate a well done podcast and Trek Geeks does not disappoint! Great editing, fantastic banter between the hosts and top guests…really well done!!
-
CMUMF-1701TRULY GREAT!!I am amazed at the quality of the podcast. Each show is getting better and better, and the guest list is nothing short of amazing. The fact that the Co-Hosts are able to land the interviews that they have had is such a short time that this show has been running, is a testament to the quality of the show. Gentlemen, keep up the great work! I would give 10 stars as a rating, but sadly I am only able to provide 5 on this rating scale... #LLAP
