    Worth your time
I've been listening to Todd's podcast for a few years and find him to be a master at combining education and entertainment within the safety environment. He has helped me consolidate my experience of safety in the fire service. I encourage everyone to listen to his pod. Thank you Todd!

    Very insightful pod cast
This guy has something figured out to a level most of us haven’t even got to yet. Excellent pod cast with content that’s filled with a totally different view of the workplace. Highly recommend this guy very good investment of time spent. And he has a sense of humor about it to make it entertaining also.

Marty would shot it. At least once, if not twice.

    APCo symposium
Followed you on here after you came to speak at the APC safety symposium last Thurs (July 12th). Part of your talk you had mentioned fingerless gloves at an auto manufacturing plant, and to give you a chuckle, for too many minutes I assumed that by “gloves with tear away fingers to change the safety environment” that you meant so that other workers could see how many people had lost fingers in accidents (they would see a missing finger on the glove) and it would change their mindset. Then realized you meant rotating machines / gloves were getting caught and ripping fingers off and facepalmed.

    Kudos to Peter Jackson!
I had a tough day yesterday with our leadership team. It was great to hear the insight from Peter around “you will have good days and you will have bad days”. I could have blamed myself for not having a good engagement or I could ask for feedback to learn! I chose the second and I got great feedback.

    Absolutely best safety podcast
Just discovered Todd Conklin's Podcast this week and loving it! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your coverage of safety systems, culture, and resilience. The guest list is amazing. I started off listening to Sidney Dekker, David Woods, and am looking forward Scott Fillmon and so many more. Thank you and keep them coming.

    Informative and Fun
Todd’s podcasts have been a great introduction into human performance and the new view of safety. Using an entertaining, conversational, and engaging interviewing style he taps into deep thinkers and, as I now begin to learn more about the field, some real heavy hitters (who are also fun). I’m not a safety guy, but I find the conversations very relevant to my work, in which people make decisions, do stuff, think about prevention, and work in systems. Aside from his weekly ~30 min podcasts, he produces a weekly Safety Moment which are always thought provoking. Thanks for all your time and effort Todd, you've informed my thinking and work significantly!

What a fabulous approach to sharing thoughts and knowledge! The content and depth of the conversations was brilliant and the podcast created a great sense of connection ....felt like I was there with you and Martha. Now, get busy and create more while I pour a glass of wine and wait for the next conversation. Thank you Todd and Martha for your continuing contributions!! PS - The podcast also strikes me as a good median for knowledge capture vs. writing technical dialogues. Anyone currently doing this in the work setting? Thank you Todd and Martha for your continuing contributions!!
