    Just a “Bodybuilder” show now
Went from a cool Carnivore / Ancestral Health show to a “Bodybuilder” show, that’s not why I originally subscribed, I’m sure it’s great for new listeners looking for that stuff, but it’s not why myself and many started listening originally.

    Annoying ad
Unsubscribed after jordan harbinger ad. Annoying and ridiculous to do a whole “episode” ad

    Love it

    Listen to Your Body’s Feedback
There are a lot of untruths floating around out there in the food world. I learned the hard, painful way that vegan and vegetarian diets are unnatural, unhealthy and not made for humans. I tried both and suffered for it. Yet when I gave keto and carnivore a try, my body healed completely. Common sense tells you to listen to your body’s feedback - simple and clear. So I’m grateful for this podcast that goes against the mainstream narrative to give people good information. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

Wow! Scott has really improved this show over the years!
Great guests, interviews and conversations! Scott has greatly improved his interviewing skills and provides quality content. I really appreciate his dedication to excellence. Other podcasters seem lazy about how they sound, and they don't work on improving the listener experience like Scott does. Thanks for this wonderful podcast! Keep up the great work!!!

    Oh boy
Updated review minus a couple stars. Time to vet your guests better. Aging is a normal part of life. Should you do what you reasonably can to stay youthful? Yes of course. However, “Dr.” Sarah V. sounds like a typical Miami scam artist! More on the level of “Dr.” Oz. “Aging” isn’t the cause of disease it is a natural part of the cycle of life. You can of course age badly but as my old Italian neighbor used to say, the same worms that eat my face are going to eat yours! You’re going to die and all the bikini-clad Instagram selfies in the world aren’t going to change that fact. I could almost hear the host holding back his laughter at the absurdity of the statement.

A Meaty Podcast - in Every Sense of the Word!
At the time of writing this I'm just over 1 year into my carnivore journey -- and one of the things that has helped the most in really committing to this way of life was going back and listening to EVERY single episode of Carnivore Cast. First and foremost, Scott is an excellent interviewer; he asks substantive, meaty, questions - and then steps aside to let guest fully share their thoughts without interrupting. Second, the range of guests Scott brings on his show is fantastic - from world renowned doctors and scientists in this space to everyday people working to enhance their metabolic health through a carnivore/keto lifestyle there is something new to be learned in every episode. Last but not least, it's easy with any subject to go very narrow or very wide in coversation -- Scott does a truly incredible job of balancing those two ends of the spectrum so you come away from each episode with both a big picture framework and some very specific actionable take-aways. I always look forward to the next episode dropping. Bravo, Scott!

Really enjoying listening to the show. Great information on what amounts to a complete paradigm shift for most people. Just enough of the science, while keeping it real enough for listeners to make real world changes. Cannot express enough gratitude for the value I get from this podcast!

    Love the Carnivore Cast!
Scott does a great job bringing on knowledgeable guests to help explain the Carnivore way of eating. Whenever I need a reminder as to why this way of eating is so great, I turn on a Carnivore Cast. I’m so grateful there’s a podcast that is brining awareness to this great movement of Carnivory.

    Best Carnivore Diet Podcast!
This is a great podcast, and I’ve listened to many focused on the topic of carnivore, Keto, high protein/low carb diets. I love the range of guests they get, and I especially appreciate how the host Scott asks all the right questions, without interrupting the guest or making them feel like they are being peppered with nonstop questions. He presents a balanced and informed view without being dogmatic or prescriptive. My go-to source for Carnivore diet tips, news and information. Five stars! Thank you, Scott!
  • K_a_u_z_e

Awesome podcast. Great host, great topics and entertaining. I recommend this to anyone interested in health and carnivore.

    Favorite Podcast - Try it!
This is the best podcast on keto/carnivore topics. I was intrigued by carnivore after being on keto for 2 years. I listened to the now infamous Joe Rogan interview with Shawn Baker - but I felt like I needed more information and didn't know where to start. By now I've listened to every episode of CarnivoreCast and have been carnivore for over 4 months. The first 3 months I found the information and positive attitude of this podcast to be critical to hanging in there, as I'm the only person I know who is a carnivore. Scott is a great interviewer who simply lets his guests tell their stories. He is non-dogmatic and open-minded. I like how his questions are very practical, and he includes exercise and sleep as a key related topics. This is actually the first podcast I've ever subscribed to on Patreon, because it's helped me so much. I've tried other ones and will listen here or there, but this is a great central source of information.
  • Grass Fed Girl
    Meat me in the middle
I love this podcast! I found it after I had been doing the carnivore diet for a few months and it helped me not feel alone when many in my family were questioning my eating style. I have Hashimotos so it is great to hear how other helped their autoimmune condtions. I listed every week and learn something new. It is high audio quality as well which is appreciated. Keep up the great work!
  • SarahKYoga
    So informative!
I have been following the Carnivore WOE to heal some autoimmune issues & this podcast is awesome! I learn something on every episode - even if I think the topic doesn’t apply to me.
  • CJbells
    Give it a try!
Relevant content and interesting topics! Just when you think you have heard it all, Carnivore Cast digs up tasty little morsels for you to chew on!!

    Good show

    Carnivore cast
Great podcast very informative and taught me a lot about this way of eating 50lbs down as of today thanks for the help.
  • Liz.E.
    Great informative podcast
Love this podcast. Takes a lot of science and makes it tangible and easy to understand. One thing I think that could be improved is sound quality sometimes goes wonky in the middle- you can hear someone’s tv in the background or the voice cuts out of the guest. Maybe make sure technical difficulties are limited just so audience isn’t missing important information! But it’s really a small critique, overall fantastic listen!
