I enjoy listening to podcasts that deal with cigars. However the time I have to devote to listening is finite. If I listen I want the content to be reasonably relevant to the topic. I really don’t care to hear these two discuss election results. If I wanted that I would search for a podcast featuring people whose views are more educated. I have been listening to this podcast for months and I have reached the end

Intimidated by 3hour shows?? Just download the podcasts through your filler app.... click on “delete word” and type in “um”. You’ll knock off an hour easily. Another half if you type “uh”

I’m fairly new to cigars but I’ve gotten a lot of my info and learned a lot by listening to this podcast. Coop is old school and is a great interviewer. Aaron is chill and I’m a fan of his site too. Bear is too much at times with the brown-nosing but other than that he is a great interviewer. All of the shows under the Cigar Coop are entertaining, and now he has included the Cigar Jukebox. If you love cigars and the industry you should add this to the weekly rotation. The panel shows are my favorite for sure!

So why only a 3 star rating?! I can’t stand the live reads. They drive me crazy. I know I can skip through them but because it’s one of the hosts who read the commercials you never know if they’re actually reading a commercial or talking so you spend a ton of time playing with the fast forward and rewind. The content is strong and Coop and his team are very competent when it comes to talking about cigars.

Now I enjoy the cigar industry but when someone bashes another person in the industry without even knowing them. Yeah they get 1 Star. Especially when the one they bash doesn’t say a bad word about them and is honest. Just because you don’t like them doesn’t give you the right to bash them. As far as I’m concerned you guys are garbage!

If you are a fan of cigars or if your in the cigar industry this is a must listen.

I started listening to Coop on another podcast and was truly disappointed when he left that show. I was elated to hear he was starting his own. He's about a dozen episodes in (including the special editions) and really getting into a groove minus some technical difficulties here and there. Bottom line... there is no one doing a cigar industry show that is at Coops level of industry respect and accuracy. Keep it up Coop!
