Host is excruciating.. if you can get over his opinions and being taught down to from Carson Newman football 101, the information is best available. Awesome hearing VolNetwork content, new host would be preferable. Not meant for radio, let the sport do the talking. Don’t need you to stumble across your words trying to prove you’ve watched a football game before.. since you’ve clearly hit a wall due to your extremely hard life and not enough 5hr energy, maybe it’s time to let someone else take over hosting duties

Eric is a great host and a very knowledgeable when it comes to Tennessee athletics! I’m an everydayer and always look forward to hearing our vol news! I’ve listened to conquest for years and it’s awesome that you are on that team! I know you have been for a while now. The reason for the dedication title is, I’ve been at work on nights or just been up late and get a notification that a new podcast is up and I appreciate your commitment to your career and passion! Understand that is what pays the bills but any sport other than men’s BB, football or baseball isn’t mentioned.

Great podcast to listen to so that we can learn about what’s going on with UT sports. Eric does a great job covering all the Tennessee sports.

This is a great podcast if you are a diehard Vols fan I live in Knoxville and can’t stop thinking about the Vols and this podcast keep up the hard work guys

Cainer is really good!!! Everyday Vol info is what I want and that’s what Eric gives!!!

I love Eric’s breakdown of all the football material. He presents his analysis in a well rounded, grounded, non-exaggerated manner. In a fan base that tends to dramatize every little point about this football team, Eric always brings the facts! Keep it coming man!

To be honest completely when the previous host left and Eric took over I wasn’t thrilled but as time went on I dig it. He’s great and funny and honest without being a total biased homer! Bravo Big E

Started listening to Eric last year at the beginning of the season when my expectation was another 8 win season. But man a rollercoaster 2022 was! Every day is exciting because they each have a different focus on the breakdown! Was so excited for 2023 so I can listen to Locked On Vols again!

This podcast is the best. I feel like I never hear enough about the vols and this fills my wants. It is very interesting and informative and does it in a fun way.

My first listen

Sometimes I happen to hear Eric on his morning show on my way into work. The next day, he talks about the same exact things on the podcast, which could be okay if he were not talking to himself or his morning cohosts. I guess it does make the job a bit easier given that he has to come up with something on the podcast daily, but it becomes redundant. Most Locked On podcasts I have listened to have 2 hosts, so that could help in this respect. Also, Eric has a tendency to talk about a relatively simple football concept and make it out to be something most people wouldn’t understand without attempting to explain it. You can either assume most people will get it and not explain it, or you can bring it up and then explain what it is, but you shouldn’t in any case talk as if most people don’t understand and then not attempt to explain it. As an aside, if you took a shot every time Eric uses “really really, “very very,” or some other adverb twice consecutively to describe something, you would blackout by the end of the podcast. It kinda comes off like someone writing an English paper in middle school.

Eric does a great job keeping the listener up to date with everything Tennessee Volunteers. Living in Orlando this podcast is a blessing for me. Keep it up Eric than you for your hard work.

Eric Cain seems like a good guy but this is a podcast not a radio hit. He tries to fill a lot of time by just repeating the same thing. It would be nice if he could just get to the point. His analysis is solid but he just rambles a lot when he is out of things to say.

Great show with a great guy.

Omg get this guy off of here. He is so in love with himself. He swears it’s the Eric Cane show, smh. The best part is the guest features that come on during game week. You get good insight from those casters. Keep your personal opinions and reliving the glory days off the podcast.

Frustrating…the entire Friday show was an infomercial for his betting sponsors….nobody gives a crap about anything but Volunteer sports.

Listen to 20+ podcasts weekly. Couldn’t listen more than 15 minutes. Can not stress enough how much I disliked this podcast.

… for balanced analysis and timely information. A worthwhile investment of time each day to stay in the loop with team developments.

I love this podcast and would no doubt give it 5 stars but the show is overtaken by ads. Way too many ads! It’s not enough to take a “commercial break” to pay some bills but the host starts the show and even before and after the commercial ads WITH MORE ADVERTISEMENTS!

Cain is a great host! He stays topical and keeps the podcast moving. He doesn’t speed over anything but he keeps a quick pace to the podcast. Love listening to his stuff and he’s a great asset for LockedOn!
