I really enjoy this podcast, Kirby has great guests and he shares very valuable information and success stories. Kirby gives away so much value for free, if you are an investor or beginning investor you need to listen to this podcast!

Kirby and the Living Off Rentals Podcast is such a great source of knowledge and motivation, as well as a great compilation of investor stories that can add value to any beginning or experienced investor listeners. It’s easy to discern that Kirby and the types of guests he brings on move and invest with integrity, which is not always easy to find!

Kirby is a great host and really know how to ask the right questions to offer his listeners tons of value. He does this all while keeping the conversation authentic and easy to understand. Definitely one of my top real estate investment podcasts! 10/10

This is an amazing podcast! Kirby Atwell is so knowledgeable on the subjects he talks about. He asks good questions to all of his guests and is able to interpret a lot of the jargon into understandable phrases for the average person. A must-listen!

I’ve listened to a number of real estate investing podcasts and what separates Kirby from the rest is the clarity of the concepts he presents. Kirby brings on guests with diverse successful models for investing and each one is clearly explained, either by the guest or with Kirby clarifying. If you want to be able to listen to a podcast and walk away with knowledge this is the one!

Kirby is positive and engaging. He asks good questions and helps his guests to slow down and break down complicated jargon so that newcomers (like me) can understand.

I like hen podcasts include actionable advice and useful information instead of just repetitive stories about "leaving the 9-5 job". Please, continue to share actionable advice. Keep it up!

I really enjoy this podcast. As a long-time real estate investor, I’ve focused more on flips but am now adding to a long-term portfolio and this podcast has been a great resource toward that goal. The episodes are informative without a lot of sales talk that you get in other podcasts. It’s casual, digestible, and implementable - just what you need.

This is easily one of the most insightful REI podcasts that I have ever come across! Kirby does such a great job of sharing his own personal wisdom and I love how he leads meaningful conversations with guests who bring so much experience to the table. Highly recommend checking this show out - you won’t be disappointed!
