Even when there are heavy topics every once in awhile, it still has good energy in it. I love how authentic Jayna is and how enthusiastically passionate and committed she is. Tasha1385Addictive and relatable!I have been binging the podcast since I heard an episode on “What was that like” and I haven’t listened to another podcast since, and it’s been weeks! I’m not super into celebrities or even makeup for that matter, but I really enjoy listening to this podcast because it’s so much more than all that! My favorite episodes are the ones of her real life stories of her life and now Arzo’s! As a single mom I can really relate, and as an American who is a true Canadian at heart (lol) I feel like I’m getting a glimpse into the life I wish I had in CAN! Thanks for pushing to bring us episodes every week Jayna! Every time I hear a relatable episode I share it with someone in my life! And in case no one has told you lately- you’re doing an incredible job! 🧡

Jayna is so real, raw and vulnerable on her episodes and makes all of her guests feel safe to do the same. She talks about a lot of the things people are afraid to talk about even though they happen every day! She’s real about the ups and downs of her own life which makes her show relatable. BLE is a must listen for anyone who needs a little extra love and laughs in their ear to help them put that extra pep in their step each day.
