Nick single-handedly drags this podcast into the gutter. Not only is his negativity utterly draining but he also lacks any real understanding of the sport. All his takes are surface level and reactionary. How anyone thought his elementary understanding of the game would provide good podcast content is beyond me. They need to kick that bum to the curb where he belongs. More Sam and more Dan please, they actually understand the sport and have phenomenal analysis. Sorry London Is Blue, but I am unsubscribing because I just cannot listen to Nick’s brain dead takes and crippling pessimism for even one more second.

Used to be a go to podcast for me about Chelsea and soccer overall but without Brandon in the picture anymore the content and tone of pod is so negative now. Nick is unfortunately overwhelmingly negative and it overshadows anything else anyone says. Tried listening to another match day review today and could not even finish. At least with Brandon it was 2 v 1 and the negativity was not as noticeable.

This podcast used to be a fantastic listen, but it’s really gone downhill. The tone has become overwhelmingly negative, especially with Nick, who comes across as overly emotional and reactionary rather than providing objective analysis. The takes are often bad and seem to flip-flop based on the team’s recent performance, lacking consistency or depth. It’s hard to enjoy when the focus feels more on venting than thoughtful discussion. What was once a great show now feels like a chore to get through. I used to love this pod, but now I can’t get through a single podcast.

Nick has ruined this podcast!!! It has become unbearable to listen to him wine about a team in a rebuild winning. Time to find another Chelsea Pod!

This pod has the best coverage of the women’s side out there. It’s detailed. it’s interesting. It’s opinionated and entertaining. I also like their coverage of the men’s game a lot, but there is more competition there. This is my go to pod for big games on the women’s side.

This podcast was, at one time, a good Chelsea pod. It has become a bastion of negativity, feeding into overly emotional takes in the face of club business decisions and endless negativity towards Chelsea and their new owners. Used to be my first listen whenever I could. But honestly it’s changed to a point where sometimes I just have to skip it entirely. Honestly it is one person who seems to have changed quite a bit and has taken all enjoyment out of the show for me. It used to be a 5. Hope they can turn it back around.

Similar to others reviews I’ve seen recently, I used to listen to every pod but can barely finish them now with the amount of negativity coming from the hosts, especially Nick. Too bad he isn’t the one taking a step back to be on less pods. Everything doesn’t have to roses and butterflies when it isn’t but this pod has become way overboard on the doom and gloom and we’re two competitive matches into the season.

Used to listen to every episode, but haven’t now for months because they are so negative, lack any depth of knowledge, and it’s become frankly boring. Really enjoyed Dan, but Nick is insufferable. I am an American listener and love my Chelsea, so had hopes that an American based Chelsea podcast would make us proud. This one does not. Pass.

I listen to this podcast a lot because there are not many others for Chelsea. That said, Nick is so negative and grumpy, it becomes hard to listen to at times. He complains about everything Dan and the others are excellent, and I love the guest spots. Frankly, I don’t even think Nick has a high depth of knowledge, his only skill is complaining.

Only problem with this pod is that they don’t record daily content. Jokes aside, you guys absolutely rock! Thanks for the in depth analysis and entertaining listen.

To keep it short, very informative and covers a ton of bases tactically etc, but the amount of negativity from a specific host is giving me hesitation to listen with every new episode. We get it, we are not doing well. Let’s move forward.

I have listened for about 5 years now, and I truly appreciate how hard they have worked to not just improve their podcast, but build a Chelsea community. Unlike Clearlake, they care for their supporters and go the extra mile to connect listeners and provide great content. I met these guys in Vegas during the 2022 summer tour and it was a special. My go to, ol reliable Chelsea pod. KTBFFH.

Been listening for years. Best Chelsea pod out there. A ton of content. 4 stars because sometimes it’s very depressing to listen to. One of the host is probably the most negative person you’ll ever listen to on a podcast or follow on X. Even during a champions league victory run negativity was still pouring out. Essential listening for any Chelsea fan. I usually can't stand listening to masculine American voices speak on it - lots of self-centered characters blowing hot air and citing conspicuous inside info for the sole purpose of harvesting outrage to build their own brand (not to name any Alex Goldbergs). LIB is the perfect antidote. Dan, Nick and Brandon are passionate, level-headed, devoted to all sectors of the club (women’s and academy getting near equal airtime as the men’s team). Congrats on signing with MIB - can’t wait to see what lies in the future for the pod, and hopefully eventually for the club.

Great show. Helped me fall in love with the club. All of them are kind of hot too which helps.

Great guests, super quick turnaround on breaking news, but a bit heavy on endless advertisements and self-promotion.

Love this podcast. These guys are both passionate for the club but realistic. No fanboy, pie-in-sky type takes and no incessant whining. There are other pods where when the club is good, it’s never good enough, and when it’s bad, they just pile on the negativity. These love Chelsea but call it like they see it. And that’s refreshing. They have great coverage of the entire club, from the first team, to transfer targets and rumors, to the academy, and the women’s side. They have great guests and great connections, but never front like they’re some imbedded insider with secret info. There are other CFC pods where they talk like insiders, but have never been to Stamford Bridge. True Blues these guys are. Always a great listen. Five stars.

When the show features Matt Law or the Chelsea youth updates it is 5 stars all the way but sometimes the show can be irritating to long standing, ex-pat Chelsea fans. Dan in particular needs to turn his voice down 3 or 4 octaves because he gets squeaky high to the point that it is awful to listen to. I respect how far they have come over the years and for how they have helped spread the Chelsea word in the US but there are definitely Chelsea podcasts out there that will give this one more than a run for their money.

My wife and I met you guys on the Chelsea trip in March. Even though we were from Florida, we were grateful you welcomed us with open arms. Thank you for everything that you guys do for building a great community. The supporting staff is tremendous and helps give me a better inside look than the local teams I support. I listen to the Athletic and other Chelsea podcasts and none of them come close to London Is Blue. The combination of casual (but passionate) fans, immediate 24hr uploads, and game analysis better than most paid pundits makes this a 5 star show. They are the Enzo of Chelsea podcasting!
