Axel_D_MSo gratefulI love Myra’s way of naturally describing the many beautiful aspects of Ayuveda. It is so informative, but it feels like she is just telling you a story, speaking from her heart and wisdom. She doesn’t trivialize the depth and multiplicity of the teaching, yet it is easy to understand and such a delight to listen to! I don’t know how she balances it so well! It is so unusual to find this embodied knowledge these days. I am so so grateful.
