AchronousRare combination of fitness, health and reduced animal product consumptionIt’s relatively easy to find advice on how to be healthy on a plant-forward diet. It’s harder to get wholistic help on how to build muscle, increase healthspan and practice a diet low in animal products. Personally, I’m vegan, but this podcast is not activist about veganism and is appropriate for people who want to be plant-forward as well. Thank you Fritz!

Eliza3957Great vegan fitness podcastI greatly appreciate Fritz’s no nonsense approach and message that the keys to moving the needle are basic but consistency and hard work are required. As an active vegan for almost a decade, I’ve seen noticeable benefits within the last year from increasing my protein intake. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy the superstar client episodes and hearing from coaches Nils and Chiara. Thank you for this podcast Fritz!

GiaHowardBest Whole Foods Vegan Coach!This guy is incredible. He dives into every topic you’ve been wondering about. Once I told my trainer I wanted to lose muscle because at 5 foot one and a half now that I’m not a competitive gymnast I don’t need 120 pounds of lean mass 🙄 he told me I was stupid, no one wants to lose muscle. Yes, some of us do. Approaching 50 years old this October I just wanna carry along less weight. in a perfect world I would be 125 pounds on the scale and still have a ton of muscle but this 120 of muscle is too much for me at 5 foot one since I’m not competing in anything and I just want to feel lighter on my feet. Also I’m a stage actress and being smaller and trimmer allows me to keep getting the lead roles. Within two podcasts I found that this guy was already talking about! I love that he is progressive and I love that he incorporates fasting that is why I follow him.

Those animals obviously are made of hormones - why would I eat them no matter what they were fed 🤦🏻♀️ lol. This podcast helped me shed pounds and get lean and healthy

katrin213Going to the pool with COVID?Love the podcast but what’s up with your mindset coach going to a public pool with symptomatic COVID? Then you start talking about Viktor Frankl? You do a disservice to Frankl by bringing him up in a conversation with this dope. I wouldn’t let him be the mindset coach for my cat. He’s an empty headed dude who is fluent in bro talk. No thanks.

PayPar38A wonderful supplement to my health journeyI only started listening to Fritz after I joined the Gamechanger Academy (never listened to any podcasts before). I appreciated him tackling topics that I’ve always wondered about in a simple, direct way. The interviews with real clients (some who I interacted with via the program gave me even more insights to personal struggles and inspired me that I too, am capable of these results. I listen to Fritz to get my daily dose of motivation while I continue on my fat loss journey! I’m also learning a lot of science based vegan nutrition and a bit about the mechanics of exercise. Spoiler: doing random workouts in the gym isn’t going to cut it, nor does being limited without a gym going to hold you back!

Khan.0.28Vegan the Right WayI recently switched to a whole food plant based diet but found myself gaining weight and having insane cravings instead of feeling healthy and fit. What was I doing wrong? I invested in reading so many books, articles and blogs but didn't really realize what I was doing wrong until I came across Fritz's instagram account and podcast. Dropping animal products from your diet is only the beginning of moving towards a vegan diet. You need to understand what type of food you need to be eating and how much of it you need to be eating. Fritz breaks it down into quick infobytes with his podcasts that make sense and will have you losing weight before you know it. Highly recommended. 💯💯💯

mindhyVery informative and inspiringI’ve been vegan for 4 years and I’ve never had weight issues until my further 30s, gain weight and my body change, as many others try everything no success, recently found this gem and started to educate myself, now I can say I do understand how to been a successful vegan, still working my way but with no effort dropped 5 pounds. Hearing and seeing other vegans succeeding and finding balance, is one thing that I’ve notice other people or vegan podcasts don’t offer. Listen to this one.

Please keep podcasting about macros, calories, lifting weights versus cardio, and enjoying life. I just made myself a standing desk at work and I realized by listening to your podcast that I’m not eating enough protein. As a former athlete, and new (again) to plant-based eating, your information is extremely helpful.

Amc2703Efficient valuable informationFritz makes this podcast EFFICIENT - he cuts out all the fluff and provides super helpful information to help you cut your fluff as well all while being vegan. This is a unique podcast vs the other vegan ones because he focuses on fat loss.. so often I find that when I follow typical vegan coaching I end up looking skinny fat.. not with Fritz! He focuses on results and presents the information efficiently (15 min or less podcast episodes with TONS of info). Enjoy!!

debjam84Honest and informativeI like how Fritz delivers his info in a “no BS” way. I’ve been a vegan runner for years but continue to get bogged down by all the new nutritional information coming out. Should I eat more protein, should I worry about the glycemic index etc etc. Fritz explains these things and helps me get back to healthful eating without all the anxiety. I look forward to more topics and would love to see him address nutrition for endurance athletes.
