    Love Annie Elise
I’ve been listening to you for a few years now originally I was just a YouTube follower on 10 to Life but after getting sober again and getting an IPhone once again I’ve subscribed to seriously on Apple Podcasts and I love it! Your voice is so welcoming and the only good thing about my relapse is having so much to catch up on with my podcast and YouTube true crime addictions. I’m almost all caught up with 5 months sober and I’ll have to wait a few days for a new episode but I am glad I subscribed to get any extra I can get. Your voice is so welcoming and you do every case so thoughtful and thorough thank you Annie you are such an amazing inspiration! Will recommend your shows over and over! Happy Holidays I hope to be as successful as you one day! -Alicen. Hey Annie is your subscription serial slueths? I’m deleting everyone I don’t use and don’t want to delete yours!

Love the podcast, hate the ads
So, I do like the podcast but the ads drive me crazy. Not only do they just cut in but they are weird how they play and I’m not a fan of them.

    So entertaining!
I love to hear your podcast while I clean, exercise, cook, anything! Also I appreciate your storytelling take.

    Sound quality is great
At first, I was super excited to listen to the show, but the more I listened, even though she is very informative. The show has way too many fillers as to explain what is going on like a small amount of blood and it wasn’t enough to test but then it she explained it many times. I’m just trying to find a show that doesn’t have fillers in it overexplaining something and I’m sorry. I did like it at first but now I just can’t.

Not enough ads. More ads please.

I was really hoping this was my new listen…
I tried to give this a go, but it became very apparent that this podcast was a little shallow. It’s giving, “I watched a show about this and I’m going to give you a synopsis.” Plus, there’s a lot of speculation and opinions, and I think that too much of that is detrimental and insensitive to the people who are involved. Just give the facts and let people digest on their own… these are real stories with real people, you aren’t gossiping about an episode of housewives.

It’s sort of dumb. 🤨 yikes

Straying too far from true crime
Love the show and listen weekly but feel weekly updates are straying too far from true crime topics (I.e., TikTok ban). I can easily get these topics via other channels, but love a one stop shop for true crime news :)

    FAV PODCAST & HOST!
Love listening to Serialously.. Annie is great! It’s the only podcast I pay for a subscription to.

    Fires
I have empathy for the people in California, but I’m just curious as to why like the guy with cerebral palsy and his mom why didn’t they get out even an hour earlier if they knew the fires were their? It doesn’t make sense. If my mom is taking care of me because I had a disability, she would’ve got me out a week earlier and even 30 minutes earlier I just don’t get that. And Mel Gibson deserved thet.

Bump! My vote is for True Crime Besties because that’s just what I automatically think when I see the podcast episode drop, social media posts, etc. In my head I hear Annie say “True Crime Besties” and I love that. ❤️🥰

    Serialouslyyyyy the best!

    Family nightmare episode
The dude was shot by his step daughter and his wife was shot dead. Why did we need to listen to that 911 call? The poor man was scared, hurt and upset. Seems disrespectful to him.

    Not just true crime
Have you thought about having a day where you have gossip/ conspiracy related talk that doesn’t necessarily have to do with true crime. You definitely bring coffee time to the table and we girls love a good chat! It would also help take the edge off of some of these heavy topics. You are just so good at talking. Also, can we get a Madeline Soto break down? Like, please.

Casual, but serious, true crime convos
It’s factual, yet casual. I love how in the moment it is, very genuine, and your compassion for victims is always appreciated 🧡

    Tracey Nix
Wasn’t sure where to leave this request - but LOVE YOUR SHOW. Have been listening for about a year. I just got sucked into the Tracey Nix case that is going on right now. And I NEED you to do a deep dive on it! I can’t believe the jury couldn’t hear about her grandson that was unalived in her care just 1 year prior. Please Annie!!!! :)

    Best true crime podcast
My favorite true crime podcast by a long shot. And Annie you can pronounce valedictorian however you’d like. Millennials for the win!

Concise and Easy to Follow Deep Dives
I appreciate how Annie approaches the stories. She moves through them quickly but thoroughly, covering all important details and avoiding too much conjecture. I’m a new listener and plan to make this show a regular go-to.

    Go to podcast
I recently found this podcast since I was all caught up on crime junkie. Annie Elise quickly became my new go to. She has a way of showing compassion for the victims while still laying out the truth. She really does come across as “your true crime bestie”

Favorite Podcast- Amber Barker (THANK YOU)
Annie, thank you so much for bringing coverage to this case! I went to school with Amber and we lived in the same neighborhood. I remember when she went missing. There were flyers passed out at school. I’ve never seen anyone cover this case and I’ve always wished it gained more attention. Thank you for covering this!

    What is this podcast?
I’ve tried listening to this podcast but I can’t. The amount of times she says literally or her voice alone sounds like nails on a chalkboard. She should also be doing more research on cases before even speaking on them, as not telling the full stories or facts is arrogant to many who have suffered from these crimes and their families. Some of these “true crime” podcasters need their microphones taken away. Her and Kendal Rae are the worst true crime podcasters hands down.
  • ElephantLover15
    Not Objective Truth
Listening to the “Stabbed over a sandwich” portion and Annie purposely left out that the killer is trans. Kept referring to him as “she”. The killer is NOT a woman. It made it seem like some lunatic woman committed this horrendous crime. If she can’t include facts and truth, then there’s no point in listening.
  • daniellemarjorie
    Absolute favorite podcast
I love this podcast, though at times the topic can be really challenging, I really appreciate the vibe of this podcast, I’m a lonely stay at home mom and this podcast makes me feel like I’m just chatting with some friends. She somehow still makes it feel a little lighter while also not diminishing the seriousness of the cases she covers.

I love the speed that you talk! Tell the stories with very good detail but not too much you lose interest! Everything I have ever wondered about, you have or post a podcast about it! Love this podcast!

I listen every single day. No lie. Easily my favorite podcast. I love the way you chat with us like we’re on FaceTime haha! And please, do a deep dive episode on Blake and Justin!

    Best crime podcast
I recently found your podcast and I can't get enough. I have heard many of the incidents on other podcast but you truly do a deep dive, giving a different prospective. Thank you for your hard work!

    Favorite True Crime Podcast
I love this podcast. I’ve been a listener for going on two years. Annie does a great job telling the victims stories. She has a very relatable voice that really does feel like a friend telling you a story. I love how she structured the podcast with a variety of episodes (case deep dives, mini episodes and headline highlights) and really appreciate hearing about current cases from my favorite true crime podcaster.
  • Schmams28
    Amazing!
5 stars!! Always excited to see when the next episode comes out. She really lays everything out for you & deep dives into the cases!! Love Annie!

    True Crime Besties
I only recently discovered this podcast and I was hooked on the deep dives immediately! Sometimes there are a bit too many long audio clips for my liking, but they’re worth getting through since I enjoy listening so much 🖤
  • CrRod210
Good content but too many ads
Annie is a great story teller and I really like the content of this and the YouTube channel but I hate the increase in ads over the last few months. It seems like I’m skipping ahead several times throughout the episodes even during the shorter weekly updates episodes. I get that sponsors are important but it’s getting to be too much.

    The Best True Crime Podcast!
Annie is great! This is my favorite podcast to listen to on my runs! She is super knowledgeable and relatable. Very down to earth and also respectful to the victims. Highly recommended!

    My absolute FAVORITE!
Annie Elise is my all time favorite in the true crime world. I am an avid 10 to Life watcher, Serialously listener, and anything else that Annie does. Been watching 10 to Life for years at this point. Thanks Annie!!

    Not horrible
I like the info given but the commercials is a bit out of hand. I get you want to make money but the frequency makes it hard to listen. I’m constantly fast forwarding since not a single add is relevant to quite a few people. So if the commercials could be put at the end or beginning for most of it and keep the middle clean that would be awesome. I’d love to finish some stories but it’s too hard to get through
  • mandirose87
    One of my favorite podcasts
I look forward to listening every time a new episode of hers is available. I love how down to earth and honest she is. I like the little banter in between. She keeps me interested and coming back for more. Highly recommend.

    Nah sis
Your story about the pizza delivery stabbing victim and the victims own words in this podcast don’t even match up. She didn’t have a $50 she had two $20s and a $10. And NO WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TERRORISTS. I am not paying extra just so I don’t get stabbed. Those people need to go after their EMPLOYERS for not paying them. It’s not my job to pay a wealthy restaurant owners payroll for him. I am not tipping 25% of my bill. Their boss needs to pay them.

My number 1 favorite podcaster. Annie, you do such an amazing job at telling these victims stories! Thank you for all that you do.

    My True Crime Bestie
I am a seasoned fan of “10 to Life”. Naturally, I wasn’t sure about “Serialously” as I’m a creature of habit. I was relieved to notice the vibe on Serialously is the same but different name!! She’s still our true crime bestie!!! She does a great job at delivering what is mostly VERY PUBLIC information to the best of her ability. I appreciate her teams hard work and time invested into researching said information since the majority of us don’t want or have the time to do so ourselves. Annie delivers us the details we all come here wanting to know!!!
  • Alee Port
    One of My Favorites
Love Annie! I love how her podcast does deep dives and headline highlights - it’s a nice mixture of touching on several current true crime cases weekly but also really digging into specific cases too. She’s easy to listen to…I feel like I’m listening to a friend instead of a monotone reporter.
